Course Curriculum Overview
The courses are really good. The syllabus is finely divided into semesters. There isn't a lot of pressure imposed on students. Regular classes are held without fail. Frequent assignments are given to the students to enhance their learning.
Placement Experience
The placements are not very great here. You need to struggle very hard in order to get a good placement. usually, the job you are placed in doesn't pay you enough. Instead of placements, its better if you go for an internship, get some experience and then start searching for a job.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is feasible. The facilities provided and the fee when compared, it does seem okay. The fee can be afforded by everybody and is such a great thing. My tuition fee was only 15k at that time. The hostel and examination fee are to be paid separately though.
Campus Life
The labs are good. They are fully equipped. Sports are highly supported here. There are tournaments conducted every year. All the students are encouraged to participate. In between the daily scheduled classes, sports hours are also included for refreshments.
Hostel Facilities
I don't live in the hostel, but according to what i have heard from my friends, it is decent enough. The rooms are big enough to be shared by 2 to 3 people. The maintenance is good and the hostel is kept clean. The food is also good.
Admission
I graduated from B.Tech with grades above 85%. I also appeared for exams like CAT AND GATE. The grades were satisfactory. Then i opted for MBA and started applying for colleges. Later on I was shortlisted by SVM and I paid the required fee and finalised my admission.
Faculty
The faculty is good. They sometimes act very strict. All of them are highly qualified and experienced. Their teaching methods are also really good. Sometimes they make boring topics seem so interesting.
