College guide

I love the whole campus environment is great and it gives positivity. It offers high-quality technical education, exposure, research and extension programmes which turn out beneficial for students who strive for knowledge.

The course duration is 4 years which includes 8 semesters, exams at the end of each semester including practicals, projects, theory exams and viva exams. The syllabus are updated and practical classes are also conducted.

Agencies like Wipro, Igarashi Motors, Ramco Cements, Just Dial, HCL Technologies, Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions Ltd, TCS and many other companies come for campus drives. They provides job for different courses and offer good packages.

As of my knowledge, my total course fees is 2 lakhs (Rs 50 thousand per year), which is affordable. The low cost also helps students coming from not so well to do family and wants to acquire a technical degree.

Extracurricular activities like Symposium, national Science Day, engineers day, national mathematics day, brain twister competitions are conducted by Math Expert Club (MEC). MEC aims at bringing together all students who are interested in mathematics from a different field and discuss the new ideas and tricks of maths.

The admission is done on the basis of TNEA which stands for TamilNadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) test. Under some university measures, 35% seats are filled under management quota. For admission some documents needs to be submitted like copy of the demand draft and the application form needs to be submitted at the institute itself, along with 10th and 12th passing certificate, birth certificate, transfer certificate and TNEA scorecard.

We have excellent faculty members in our college. Some have acquired Ph.D degree in the respective fields. They are supportive, helpful and friendly in nature. They help me acquire knowledge and guide us before exams.
