Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is rigorous. It's quite common for us to feel the rush of completing the tasks everyday. Curriculum is not only at par with other sister institutes of NMIMS, but is also updated from time to time and have a no. of good case studies to sharpen our business acumen.
Placement Experience
Placements in Navi Mumbai fall short if you compare it with the Mumbai campus. The average package is around 9-10lpa. Well-known brands like Decathlon, SBI Life, Bisleri are some of the famous recruiters of our college. For internships, we have to apply as per our interest in your specific domain/field.2-3 months internship is mandatory.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The course fees is ~16.5 lakhs. Considering the average placement we will be getting of around 9-10lpa post our PGDM, the course fees comes across rather expensive. But, on the other hand the brand of NMIMS which will be associated with us makes up for the slight high that we pay in fees.
Campus Life
56:44 is the male-female ratio here. Since the intake of students is done through a highly competitive test like NMAT, the crowd we have makes the learning in co-curricular activities very enriching.We have clubs like- Fincorp (Finance Club), Marcell (Marketing Club), Opnotch (Operations Club), etc Hito (HR Club),etc.
Alumni/Alumna
Since the Navi Mumbai campus has been started very recently a few years back only, the alumni network specifically of this campus is yet to grow but the overall network of NMIMS institutions comes across useful as they try to help us with internships.
Admission
The admission process here is pretty competitive. The intake in PGDM programme is done through the entrance i.e. NMAT which is conducted by GMAC. Post which, a call for interview comes depending upon your score. Anything close to 200 score in NMAT would be a safe score to get an interview call for the PGDM programme.
Faculty
NMIMS makes sure you get to learn from the best faculty. The faculty are updated with the recent happenings and changes across domains around the world and are also very good at communicating with us which makes the class learning experience worthwhile.
