My college is the best college in our city Kolhapur. Staf is very good and supportive.I get very positive reviews from seniors.it provides various scholarships and many other things for fees.It takes various activities for educational purposes and also various extracurricular activities and events.

The course curriculum is very best it takes various activities events and teachers are very supportive friends and some times strict also for assignments and submissions.they teach very well. most faculty members are having PhD and others are has M.Tech. They are very honest with there work.

From this year our college is going to give an internship for us and it assures us 100% internship. It contacts various companies for an internship. Our one-semester is based on internship.

Various companies visit our college for campus placements. our college work varies hard for campus visits. They involve all students to be part of the placement. Last year there is 100% placed students from our branch.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure varies with categories of students.College gave us various scholarships.it also provides some conssasion.we can also deposit fee in 2 parts like half in one semester and half in another semester.

Campus Life

I feel our campus is best campus in India.it is very great. Greenery is also there. There is various sports and extra curricular activities are taken by our college. We enjoy a lot.

Interview Experience

Yes there is GD sessions are also there before the interview. aptitude is also taken. and the coding round is also there.

placements start in 7th - 8th semester . Companies like wipro cisco and TCs etc visit. Average package is 4-5 LPA , and highest I could say 9 to 10 LPA .. my plans would be- if not got high paying job on campus I will try off campus too..

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Practical v/s theoretical balance: Labs, workshops and real world projects are a core part of the structure, especially in engineering, design, and science programs. CIA like case studies, presentations, and assignments encourage hands on learning. My experience of iiit pune

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements once they enter 3rd year of college. Some notable companies that visit the campus is nomura, walmart, amazon, nvidia and they take 5-6 candidates each while nomura takes 15-16 per year. The highest on campus is 43 lakhs while off campus is around 1.4cr. average package is 14-15 lpa mostly for swe roles. Percentage student getting placed is 50% oncampus and if we add off campus the number goes to 80%. I plan to work in the industry for 2-3 years and then try to go for masters.

An underrated college in kolhapur

I chose this college because the fees is very affordable and the return on investment is good. Placements are also fine and they are improving every year. I had 93 percentile in mhtcet and I had plenty of other options like dy Patil akurdi pune, sinhagad college pune etc. The admission process is by mhtcet and jee.
