Remarks

Overall experience was good. Little bit strictness is always required to learn discipline and to maintain the same.

Entrance Preview

CET, I want to be an engineer. To do something in technical field . Admission process was quite simple.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Course at that time was just okay types not so great .We have to strictly maintain our attendance 75% so get very less chances to participate in other activities and the course. I choose need exposure but we didn't get that much.now maybe it has been changed.

Internships Opportunities

College internship was good . It was like you choose institute of your choice or company where you want to learn everything was of your choice. General stipend is. 6000.

Placement Experience

3

Lots of companies came there for placements and they off campus placements also that took place in our college very nice experience.

College Events

4

Every year there is fest took place where celebrities and political figures came .Singers and bands are all awsum. College has rock band performances from college as well as from outside college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is expensive as the private it came with all these things extra charges and fest and event organising costs are making it more expensive.moreover hostel charges are alot.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are scholarship for Jammu and Kashmir people and nothing else I know about scholarship so far.

Campus Life

3

Gender ratio was good .I mean almost equal male female ratio. There are many extra curricular going on if you could maintain your attendance 75% with that then you can go for workshops and demates and all other competitions.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel facity strictly follow the rules and timings for mess and all.hostels rooms are good with 3 sharing and personal restrooms in some and food is also okay.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors were more bindass than we .They were totally carefree people and advice us to bunk too. Although they guide us in good things to and very active in organising events.

Exam Structure

Exams every six months and sessional exams thrice in these six months sometimes feel hectic but its at the end for us to learn.

Faculty

2.5

Faculty was quite cooperative and emotionally very supportive. They try to help you in all the works you do. But bind by the rules sometimes they even helpless.otherwise everything is good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum changes as per the need of the industry norms so that student can attain knowledge about the basics as well as the niche technologies. This is the aspect to choose the course and the lab work and continuous competitions help us with the industry trends. The management could be improved. The frequency of exams help us learn well and difficulty is between easy to medium.

Only skilled or quality are able to get placed. Usually onwards 6th or 7 th semester, students can be eligible depending on the performances. I can do a job if I like to work there. If not, I will do more internships to get hands on experience.

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.
