The course curriculum here is really good. The syllabus is vast with more than 15 subjects but much care is taken to complete the course in the right time. Examinations are held properly and along with practicals. Internals too are conducted to prepare the students. During the week of examination, it leaves us with a hectic day.

Not much placement is available for MBBS students. But an year of compulsory internship is vital for the students to complete the course. Also after completion, students can either join the hospital as Junior residents as part of their job or join for a post graduation. Internship of about Rs.30000 is offered to the students.

As it is a Government College, it asks for a very feasible fee structure. Government bears most of the expenses. For first year around 7000 rupees is the total fee. Then it increases and a total of about Rs.50000 is required to complete the course.

Yes Bihar Government offers many scholarships and loan facilities for the deserving students. Most often those students belonging to the General category is not provided any such offer. It mostly favours the students from the middle class community.

There is Anti- Ragging cell actively working in the College and it maintains peace in the campus. There is no difference on the basis of Gender. Student Diverts is beautifully maintained in the college campus.

I assure that each student could enjoy the hostel life even more than their campus life itself. Most of the memorable moments are given by my hostel life there. Though food and certain other requirements are poor, the overall atmosphere of the hostel could balance the life there.

Yes senior students are very friendly and helpful at the same time. They're there to clear our doubts and gives us notes that are very useful for us. They guide us all through the journey in an examination point of view.

I'm a resident of Kerala and always dreamt of studying somewhere outside Kerala for a better exposure. Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College is one of the best colleges in Bihar and I was so delighted once I came to know that I got admission there. Admission procedure is so straightforward and it was granted on the basis of NEET UG scorecard along with an interview conducted by the College.

The faculty of Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College is too good. We're happy and proud to have such intelligent, supportive faculty. Majority of the teachers are dedicated and their dedication inspires us a lot. Their experience proves them as good teachers capable of shaping the lives of students in every possible manner.
