Remarks

It's an amazing university be it for distance education or open education both are been provided with quality. Allover infrastructure and facilities are satisfactory. The teachers are very good and helpful. Allover university experience is worth experiencing.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is well structured and researched syllabus. We have 6 subjects for which we have to give yearly examinations and english is a compulsory language. However the mediums are different for the course english and kannada, student can choose in whichever medium he/she want to persue in the beginning of admission.

Placement Experience

The university do suggest us or make us aware about various companies vacancies available related to our courses to go apply the job for. However there are no campus placements facilities available here.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the open education scheme is different from the distance education scheme and preparatory courses are been conducted the fee of the open scheme is Rs.16,335 which Is affordable fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

The university do provide with concessions of 50% to the SC/ST/CAT-1 students on prescribed fees as per university rules. However full scholarships may not be provided to the students of the university.

Campus Life

Various extracurricular activities are been conducted here in our university. Such as various sports activities are highly promoted here for allover development and entertainment of students. The grounds are also huge.

Admission

For the eligibility of open education scheme of the university we dont have to be qualified in the intermediate education. We just have to be of 18 years of age. And as I was 18 I was eligible for the admission however I have also completed my intermediate education the following year.

I am a student of open education scheme of the university in which my classes are taken place during the weekend. The faculty of my course are well qualified almost all of them have done masters in there subjects

From the last year of the college which means from 5th and 6th semester the students become eligible for campus placements. Wipro Deloitte Empower [24]7 Cognizant Molecular Connections Pt Imt Bicon TCS and many more companies do come. I exactly dont know the no of offers made exactly. There are no offical records about the placements in past two years of BCA or they have not updated about placements yet but in 2022 the highest package was around 3.8 lac and the average package was around 1.8lac to 2.5 lac.The percentage of students placed in BCA is comparitevely low. My plans after completing the degree is to complete my Masters.
