Remarks

The college is an average one in kolkata. But it is a safe place for women to complete their education. It is open to feedbacks and rectifies the mistakes. It is empowering women and building a great future for them.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course curriculum is maintained and systematically managed by the calcutta university. It tries to make education fun and meaningful for the students. It is a three year program with easy to understand subjects.

Placement Experience

1.5

The college has not much to offer in terms of placement opportunities. But we can look for job based upon our qualifications. We can go for off the campus placement which is quite appreciated these days.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As the most of the students comes from the underprivileged community of the society, the fee structure has been kept very minimal. It costs only ?8,970 for the three years. It can be paid throughout the three year course .

Campus Life

2.5

The college doesn?t want the students to feel less confident so they conduct seminars to motivate them at various fields. There are computers available in the campus with the internet facility. This helps them to gain practical experience.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is good but they never make a contact with the present students. They are busy in their own world. The seniors of our department are quite arrogant and does not help much. They are busy with their own chores.

Admission

The admission to the college is based on the 10+2 standard marks. The student must have completed the pre-degree examination. Then only she will qualify to get admission in the college. It is a simple procedure.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty of the college is good and are qualified. They keep tracking the progress of the students. They work on motivating the students to become independent and empowers them to fight for their women rights.

Who gets admitted in which course is completely a personal matter. No matter which course one gets admitted in, studies are good in all the courses. There are many experienced teachers in this college. Exam time is 3 hours. Teachers always help students in their studies.

I want to know bengali literature and all type of poems and proses that's why I choose B.a. in bengali literature. According to me, my course helps me in doing Masters in Bengali. From the point of view of improvements, I feel that digital classes can be conducted in the class by leaving the theory classes. Mere collage The exam level is basically hard and exams are conducted twice a year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have always wanted to persue English as a career. I love studying English but not a big fan of the new curriculum by NEP that includes a lot pf irrelevant papers. The semesters are not consistent. Odd semesters usually have a lot of time like 6-8 months but even semesters barely consist of 2-3 months.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We were held a class for upto 1hrs, thus we had 4 class a day. Sometimes it is boaring sometimes it becomes striking, it depends on the mood. It is to say little knowledge is a dangerous thing, if you don't read you cannot pass the semester examination. Although it will provide you a second chance. But with change of syllabus the exam pattern also change. You need to attain a total percentage of 75(%) to maintain you honours subject otherwise you would be regarded as programme course student.
