Course Curriculum Overview

Post graduate diploma in management is a professional course which has the duration of 2 years and follows semester system. The course involves lots of practical and research work. The days are generally very hectic and exams too are very tiring.

Placement Experience

The institution provides with great opportunities to its students. There are internships for the students and final year students are prepared for the interviews and placements. Various top reputed companies visit the campus and recruit the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college for PGDM is around 10 lakhs which is an expensive amount. However, the institution provides with amazing opportunities to its students like seminars, workshops, skill development programs etc.

Campus Life

The college focuses on extracurricular activities of the students. There are various sports activities and competitions. Debate, speech and elocution competitions are also held. The institution provides with enough freedom to its students.

Admission

Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship is a private business school. The students applying in the PGDM program offered by XIME should have a graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% (45% for Reserved Categories) marks from a recognized university. Then they will be selected on the basis of CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT score and will be called for the interview.

Placement Experience:

Our college is well known for its placements. Almost many MNC companies like Amazon,TCS, visit our college and recruit the top performing students.Students are instructed to do 30 days of internship in remote,hybrid or industrial online before their 6th semester.During the 7th semester, students become eligible to attend the placements. The highes package offered previous year was 21 lakhs per annum and the average package is around 5 lakh per annum. Here students receive 3 options 1. Placement 2. Masters 3. Government Exams . As far off noe, 98%percentage of students who opt for placements get placed. I want to get placed after finishing my degree.

Highest package is 20lpa. Average package is 4-5lpa.Zoho package of 9.5lpa this year. My plan is to get placed in Zoho.
