Remarks

It was an amazing experience at khallikote University. This university taught me a lot whether it was educational knowledge or practical knowledge. The teachers, seniors and my batchmates were all really nice, cooperative and supportive. Thank you khallikote University for those two years of my MBA journey.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of my college was well structured. Both practical as well as theoretical subjects were covered. The exams were well executed in an effective and efficient manner. The students were provided with good study materials.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placements were quite nice. Companies like Kpmg, deloitte, Infosys, etc visited our college in the last semester and selected students after conducting an interview process. Most of the students were placed and the packages were quite good.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of my college was almost affordable. Relaxation was also provided to students with reserved category and weak economical backgrounds. My MBA course costed around 107900 lakhs rupees for a total of two years.

Campus Life

The extracurricular activities of my college consisted of NCC, NSS, debating, placement cell, dancing, sports, etc. We were made to participate in a lot of inter college competitions and many trophies were backed by students of our college as well.

Admission

After completing my bachelor's degree, I decided to appear for CAT Examination and when the results were out, I met the cutoff of khallikote University. When the interview was done, after about 1 week I got a mail that I had been selected for admission.

Faculty

The faculty of my college was well educated and the teachers were really cooperative and helpful. They guided me from the very first day. Especially the accounts and commerce department was really good. The teachers always had a friendly attitude towards students and guided them in the best possible manner.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

My College Life.

Placement Experience:

Students after 5th semester are allowed to get pre placement training. And then from 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Companies visited to our college for recruitment are like TCS, Accenture,Zenus, Infosys etc Average package in my college is 8LPA and the highest package of this year is 25LPA. Almost 70 percent students get placement. My plan is to get a job as a Software Engineer in Google with a package of 30LPA.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

In 5th semester the campus is coming to give you jobs. The company are vedant ltd, jsw, tata, reliance etc, outside companies also come. Maruti Suzuki. 60 to 70 per cent of students gate the job. I am also job junior engineer at Tata.

Courses and instructors are good, but don't expect a rocking campus life here.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this college without planning as I couldn't get a desired seat in IIT. But I think it was for good. The course is a wonderful primer on the path of becoming a scientist. Compared to other colleges, IISER Berhampur has a quite good faculty: student ratio. But most of them are pretty good as people and as teachers. We manage to conduct all classes without fail. But I'd like to see an increase in the number so that the research area can be broadened. The faculty here have all completed their Ph.D. and postdoc and all have some good prior experience in research and teaching. I like most of the instructors that have taught me except for a few one or two. The exam schedule is given right with the calendar release of each semester before the semester starts. Sometimes there might be changes in the schedule but we are informed around 2-3 weeks earlier in that case. Exams are not hard to pass if you attend classes and study sincerely. Questions are not asked beyond the concepts being taught.

Life at BGU

Placement Experience:

After the summer internship. The college started giving campus placement training and during the month of September, students got placement already. Companies like TATA AIG, Collegedunia, Federal Bank, Delloite, ADP, TCI, SIS, HDFC AMC. IDFC BANK. Practo, ADVARISK, AXIS BANK. Property pistol came and took a maximum of students. The highest package was offered by international companies like property pistol with 22 lac CTC and average being 5lacs. Mostly the profile was on sales and marketing. only a few fintech companies could recruit students. Till now around 96% of students are placed in different domains and already started working. I am fortunate enough to get placed in the FEDERAL bank with 10lac CTC and as a fresher joining such a big company will be extremely grateful to the college and its placement team. They personally look after students drawback by the feedback they get from the recruitment teams and suggest where to improve and give a number of opportunities to seat for the company.

Admission:

I filled my form online and provided my cl-12th results with my application as per their demand.Later they also took my entrance exam. And on the basis of my 12th results and my entrance test results,they enrolled me in our college.

All are good,but only fooding quality is below the level.And also it does not have any playground available to play outdoors games.only it have not a playground but this college have good class room,WiFi campus, Computer centre,canteen, language lab and hostel are there.

Genuine reviews helps for a better change

The admission is done through SAMS portal. You have to create an account in SAMS and then apply for +3 admission. You have to select atleast 5 colleges according to your priority list. There are different phases of admission, so if you get admission in the 2nd college you have choosen you can get, there's chance of getting choosen in the first college in next phases. The application fees is to be submitted online through the SAMS portal and have to pay in offline mode next year onwards. Application dates will be displayed in the SAMS webpage. Cut off is usually changed every year, for me it's 67. The exam takes places every 5-6 months and the timing for me is 2-5 all the time, but the result gets displayed after a year. Exam difficulty level is quiet medium. The admission takes much time and the college gets crowded because of admission of large number of students on a single day, so college should add more dates for admission....Read More
