Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is rigid and well structured keeping in mind the requirements of the course. Besides this, exams are held regularly to check the knowledge and also, a significant amount of importance is given to practicals as the course is more about practicality.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities are the best. There are several big institutions and hospitals which are in contact with the college to provide internships and jobs to its students. Internships are given the requisite attention which is a silver lining in itself. To name a few institutions- HDFC Bank, MAX healthcare, Apollo etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure at Sharda University, School of Medical Sciences and Research - [SMSR], Greater Noida is pretty expensive but it is absolutely justified if compared to all the facilities that this college provides. ?72.5 lakhs is the total fee for a 5 year MBBS course.

Campus Life

Several extracurricular activities are organised throughout the year in order to keep the students fresh and make them socialize with their peers and mentors. I love to take part in all the activities organized by the college.

I've always wanted to be a doctor so as soon as I graduated from school, I took the NEET exam and started searching for decent medical schools. After a thorough research, I found out Sharda University, School of Medical Sciences and Research - [SMSR], Greater Noida and after fulfilling all the criteria of admission, I got selected. It was a quick and an easy process as a whole.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is to die for. The amount of experience they have makes them invincible at what they do and also they are reservoirs of knowledge and there is literally no end to what they can offer.

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Remarks:

It is a lush green campus soothing to both eyes and soul, with excellent infrastructure making it anybody's dream college to be in. Being away from the city's chaos it's both peaceful and pollution free while taking care of both your physical and mental health at once.staff and seniors are friendly and cooperative. The college having students from around the country helps you learn new cultures and traditions which as whole is an enriching experience.the most exciting part is that the students that have passed out or graduated from the college are doing well.studying in this college has been a wholesome experience for me.

My rank wasn't sufficient to get a government medical College. Being a native of North India I considered this college because it is one of the best in North region with great infrastructure and quality education . Also one main factor that one should consider is overall budget of college .
