Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is very manageable. Exams, regular tests, presentations are part of the curriculum. Practical knowledge is given more importance. The teachers complete the syllabus on time. I am satisfied with the curriculum division.

Placement Experience

The placement opportunities for the students are fairly good for the students. The placement cell works seriously on improving the skills of the students. The internships are also provided to the students with genuine stipend.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very genuine of the course. Comparing to other institutions, I find the fee structure very feasible. The fee for a year is only Rs.30,000. Also, there are scholarship programs for the students.

Campus Life

The college organize various activities to keep the students involved. There are many activities and college groups which I am part of. Last year I took participation in NSS. That was the best time I enjoyed extra activity

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities of the college are good. Everything is well maintained. The rooms are clean and spacious. The mess food is also fine. The fee structure for hostel is taken separately and is very reasonable and affordable.

Admission

The admission criteria is very simple of the college. There are certain rules which every student has to follow. The admission is on merit basis with students having graduation in hand. I had all the things sorted and got admission easily.

Faculty

The faculty members of the college are knowledge and have in-depth knowledge about the subjects. The teachers take seriousness of the studies and teach students with dedication. I am able to understand the subject cores well.

Admission:

Thiagarajar School of Management being one of the premier institutes in South India and PGDM being its Flagship Program, I had no hesitation in choosing Tsm. The high advantage of PGDM is that you will be involved with a lot of practical sessions rather than classroom learning. Moreover, PGDM is offered only by institutes recognized by All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE) and TSM has been also awarded NBA and NAAC Accreditation. Pgdm is where you can build your soft skills and the curriculum is flexible and does not have to follow university standards and also can be changed by the institutes according to the industry requirements. For admission, You need to take up entrance tests like MAT.CAT,XAT,CMAT and the candidate must have 3 years of bachelor's degree from a recognized university by the UGC. Candidates can apply for admission once the dates are released and the shortlisted candidates need to attend the GD followed by the PI. Candidates from Tamil Nadu can take up the state level entrance examination TANCET and students can apply for counseling and selected candidates are exempted from the GD/PI process and can directly take up admission.
