Maharaja's College

The teachers,They teach us as best as they can on every phase of our course. The infrastructure is great and has all the positivity. The crowd is friendly and ragging free. There is library also here to encourage more studious environment out of the walls of the class.

It's a semistar system having 6 Semistars in total of three years.Allover there are 6 subjects in each Semistar in which 3 subjects are optional, 2 subjects are of language and one subject is a must different in each Semistar provided by the college.

Great opportunities of placements/jobs are provided by the college to its students. Various up to the mark companies come for the campus placements of students and give the students job opportunities looking at there potential.

There is no value of the fees we have to give in comparison to the quality of education we are been provided here in this college. However the fee is varied in every department but its feasible.The total of three years of fees of B.A is Rs. 23,150 which is almost bearable for all.

We are been provided with scholarships opportunities on different basis such as for the economic conditions of the students, on the basis of merit, for the SC/ST candidates or also other government scholarships opportunities are available.

extracurricular activities including sports and culture. The NCC program in the college has been placed in the college and functioning actively. The college also has NSS (National Service Scheme). In 2016 an extracurricular activities forum was inaugurated in the college.

We get admission on the basis of our merit in the 10+2 qualifying examination from a recognised board. We have to fill either an online or an offline application for admission in the college. I am persuing B.A as for preparing for IAS examination along with it.

The Maharaja?s college Mysore has a list of acclaimed and talented faculty members.The faculty is well trained and supportive; not only academically, but also in several other areas of interest. And they teach us with full efforts.
