Remarks

College life was good and since I got placed, so I will rate the college as good only.

Entrance Preview

I took MAT and scored 88.9 percentile. I opt for this college because as per the MAT B schools, this was among the good colleges

Course Curriculum Overview

I was a marketing student. So, the subjects covered were in a wide area like Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Internet Marketing, Customer Relationship Management. The subjects were taught in depth and was well understood

Internships Opportunities

My main subject of the project was Hotel Tourism in Dooars. The internship was about finding the SWOT Analysis and the demand of the hotels in the holiday spot that is mentioned. The project was I received a stipened of 5000 Rs.

Placement Experience

The placement was good and I must say 100%. I got placed in the first company that came to our campus. Companies like naukri.com, Delloite came to our college and hired good number of employees

College Events

There were various events conducted including the Annual Days, Independence days and we had various quizes from the Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations group and so on.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was a little high as compared to the other institutions. Even though it was not one of the top schools, the fees was high due to which I had to end up taking loan from the bank

No, no scholarship or loan facility was provided by the college that I know of or avalied any. That way the college should work on it

Campus Life

The campus life was good and full of activities. Every week we had various activities from each department of Marketing, Finance or HR. Sports wasn't appreciated that much

Hostel Facilities

The hostel was good however it was away from the college. But the food was not provided. So, we had to buy the food each time.

External Expense: Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Alumni/Alumna

I never had a chance to interact with the seniors as when we joined they were gone for their internships and when they came back later, got busy with the Placements. So, not much feedback to give about the seniors

Exam Structure

We had a mid term and final exam for every semester. And we had a viva for every subject. We had in total 8 semesters in 2 years

Faculty

We had enough number of faculty for each subject. They had a wide knowledge about their subject they expertise in. Almost all our faculty were Doctorates and they gave us enough project to practice on.

IILM: An Unfiltered Review

My experience related to the admission process was relatively medium. I found IILM through my counselor, and then I completed all the formalities on the official website. I filled out the admission form, and then I was shortlisted for the personal interview round. In the PI, they asked about me, and my educational background, asked me some general questions related to my field and my aspirations and asked me to wait for a week.
