Remarks

Admission via CET conducted by GGSIP University. Usually admission procedure starts in June itself. Counseling occurs for BPT in GGSIPU. Exams are taken sincerely and 3 times in a year.

Course Curriculum Overview

Bpt has scope nationwide and abroad as well. Faculties are always helpful and apt in number. They are well qualified and teachers develop students for overall growth including extracurricular, sports, literary, social media activities and cultural activities. All exams occur as per schedule of University.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Off campus internship is available for which NOC is given by college. College also provides training in 3rd and 4th year in government and private associated hospitals. Its amazing experience there. Moreover no money taken for it by college. Awesome. College located just below Govindpuri metro station so easy to commute also.

Placement Experience

Campus placement provided as compared to other BPT colleges who don't provide at all. Passed out BCIPians are working with all major and minor hospitals and institutes. Even MNC companies have also come for interested candidates. A cardio specialist senior got 50 k P.M. as starting and some students now are faculties or physio in same institute also. Great institute for physiotherapy placements. Also conduct grooming sessions for students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is good and is approx 90000 per year. Which includes University share also. No extra charges except hostel fee. All government and university Scholarship provided to students every year. College provides placements every year in good physiotherapy companies and hospitals.

Campus Life

Fhuljhari, world physiotherapy day and alumni meet regularly organized ever year. Good library facility but building is little walk away. Classrooms well equipped with LCD and boards. Wifi facility available specially for hostelites. Faculty take students to participate in college and University sports several times in a year. Students manage- Social media club Literary club Cultural club Sports club Placement club

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good and food is simple. You don't get infections as in outside food. Wifi specifically for hostilities. Meal has chowmein, breadpakoda, sandwich etc in breakfast which are awesome. But no AC.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum initially provides all the theoretical and practical knowledge side by side. As in first year classes are held in University college of medical science so practical we got demonstration of human anatomy on cadavers . And the subsequent 2nd, 3rd and 4th year classes are held in Amar Jyoti as the syllabus of these years provide you proper insights of your field Side by side in 3rd and 4th year we do clinical postings in different hospitals and in Amar Jyoti where we see real world applications i.e. hands on patients under the guidance of senior physiotherapist who are our professors also. First year is quite tough compare with other years as overall syllabus is just same as of MBBS . Areas of improvement - should be in syllabus I think as in first year we were somewhat clueless about our real role in PT as there were no PT specific subjects .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Syllabus or course curriculum includes everything you should know as a good physiotherapist. Faculty teach you theoretical aspect of every condition or procedures, after the completion of theoretical classes there are practical classes to strengthen and increase knowledge about that particular topic or technique or procedure. Also college includes clinical postings for 1 year. 6 month in 3rd year and next 6 month in 4th year of course in which they send you to different hospital opds and ipds to see different conditions and learn new techniques to treat patients effectively. So overall curricular activities prepare you in very good and effective manner to treat the patients of different conditions

Placement Experience:

Student's become eligible from 4th year only for the campus placements. It's not the companies or the hospitals that visits for placement it's the NGO's and all that comes and provide basic salaries to students. Highest packages can go upto - 1200000 per annum or average to 400000 per annum. 70-80% students get's placements and other starts there home visits or own clinic. My plans is to work for 2 year in any hospital in india and then move to dubai for future opportunities.

Best college for physiotherapy in Delhi NCR

The admission process is extremely easy. Admissions are done through a common entrance test regulated and administered by GGSIP University. Students applying should have subjects PCB with English . Minimum percentile required for applying is 55%.
