Entrance Preview
I took the GMAT and scored a 710 in the second attempt was a long time since. I had been thinking of doing a Post graduate for career growth. This gave me within 1 year so loss of income was lesser.
Course Curriculum Overview
First 4 terms the course were common to all in all fields like strategy, operations, marketing etc. for the next 4 terms we could choose electives that we wanted.
Internships Opportunities
This did not have have an internship experience but people could take up projects and entrepreneur ventures. This was since in a one year course the options were not that strongly available.
Placement Experience
Most of them got placed about 95% in the choice of their fields with a median salary of about 19L per annum accross all sectors.
College Events
There were regular events including college wide get togethers on a regular basis plus a few bigger events like alum meet etc. Which would have over 5K people coming for the 3 day event.
Fees and Financial Aid
Facilities were not available for loan by the college but from the banks and the scholarships were for limited set of seats only based on merit and need both.
Campus Life
Good gender ratio, great hostel parties and very strong focus on workshops and socieities. Overall the tolerance levels were high and no distinction made either by the authorities of students themselves.
Exam Structure
There were mid terms and end terms in each of the courses and assigmnents on a regular basis which were used for the final grades.
Faculty
There was a mix of resident and visiting faculty. Most of them had a research background and were pretty good in their fields and took regular sessions apart from the course and real life projects / assignments.
