College Management is very good and they are very serious regarding the overall development of the student.
Entrance Preview
For PGDM Entrance, I gave various exam like CAT,XAT.I scored around 78 percentile in CAT and 80 percentile in XAT.I choose ITM,Navi Mumbai as Finance specialisation placement are good in the college as I wanted to pursue PGDM in Finance specialisation.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curiculum was detailed and was very rigorous in approach.In 1st Year, electives were Marketing or Finance. Ist semester were common for all the students. But in 2nd semester, student need to choose between Marketing and Finance as in my college PGDM is opted only in single specialisation.
Internships Opportunities
Various companies visited our campus for Summer Internship. Companies participated for the same were 3i Infotech, Deliotte, ICRA, Ruby Capital, 5catalyst, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank.
Placement Experience
Total strength in Finance specialisation were 160. Out of which 90 students got placed within 1st phase of Placement cycle. Remaining students other than those who opted out got placed till April 2015.Average package was 5 lpa.
College Events
Various college events took place which includes Freshers Party, Maverick, Technical Events, Debates, Finance fest which included Currency design, IPO formation etc.Farewell party also happened.
Fee Structure And Facilities
1st year fees was around 4.3 lakhs. 2nd year fees was 4.2 lpa.Total fees for PGDM was around 8.5 lpa. It was feasible for most of the candidates as bank loan are easily available.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scolarship are provided only to top 3 performers of 2 year PGDM course in terms of money upto 2 lakhs.
Campus Life
Gender Ratios was around 60:40 (male:female).Hostel parties, discussions, events at hostel were awesome. Batch comprise of students from each n every state of the country whether it is Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Assam etc. Students mix were good in terms of their econmic status.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are excellent. Jim facility, canteen, laundry, entertainment room facility is easily available. Food is of decent quality.
Alumni/Alumna
Our seniors were very helpful, joyful and were respected by us. Now they all are in touch with us and they are working in bigger organisations in their respective field.
Exam Structure
Exam structure was hectic as we were having 2 exams in a day.But it was a good experience overall.
Faculty
Some of the faculties were very good specially for subject like Statistics, Strategic Management and MIS. Few among them were fine but with some faculties experience was not so good.
