College management is excellent except the intake volumes everything else remains above the mark for Amity.
Entrance Preview
I cleared MAT with a 91 percentile score and chose AMITY as it was the best Business school available through MATT those days and I did not wanted to take a drop for a year.CRM was a unique segment thus the choice.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum was extensive and practical.Though it was more marketing oriented and limited CRM to be a subject.There was an excellent mix of professional requirements in the curriculum.Curriculum for business communications aspects like organisational behaviour and to the routes of business atiqates and body language were well taught.
Internships Opportunities
I got an summer placement with HDFC life insurance stipend offered for 2 months internship was Rs 8000 at that time.Internship experience was good we were introduced to various channels and intermediary networks for Insurance marketing.
Placement Experience
Amity has a record of good placements and I understand 90% of our batch were well placed.Companies that came to Campus wereBanks- Average package 3.5 lakhs per annum Bank of America, HSBC Deutsch Bank, HDFC, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, RBSIT-Average 4.5 lakhs per annum TCSHCL Accenture Infosys Reliance CSC Etc
College Events
Endeavour was the annual management festival celebrated with great enthusiasm. The festival encompassed a week long events which included inter college competitions, rock band performance a ghazal night for Industry veterans and a gamet of activities.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I understand it was feasible during 2006-2008 as my MBA costed around 3.75 lakhs but now the fees is very expensive. I understand Amity has also upgraded in many aspects along with the time but still the fees is not feasible for common middle class now.

Campus Life
Campus life at Amity was awesome there was a balanced gender ratio. Ethnicity wise more North India oriented since based in NCR. Still there was good representation from all parts of India. Amity has a self sufficient campus with access to all amenities in campus.
Hostel Facilities
Amity has a great infrastructure and hostels were well maintained and in close proximity to college. Average hostel fee used to be around 1.2 lakhs per annum with food, lodging and laundry. Ample PG options from INR 6000 - INR 15000
Alumni/Alumna
Excellent alumni network which works as support system for thisale institute.There is a mentor programme where each student is alloted a Industry mentor and Amity makes sure that students develop a great bond with the mentors and be benefitted with the guidance.
Exam Structure
There used to be a final semester exams and 2 mid sems.Overall 2 years of MBA were hectic and can never be termed chilled out.
Faculty
Faculties were all excellent in there respective fields. Amity has a very good Academic-Industry tie up and bondage. There was a good mix of various industry experts and academic gurus. Apart from the book knowledge Faculty used to value practical aspects for Managers and impart training for excellence on job.
