I have grabbed good knowledge into my core subjects from Amity from my good faculties that will be with me through out my life apart from that i have made several good friends and few best friends.

CAT-71.9, MAT-87, Though had a target to enter into the top colleges in India, but due to my low scores in CAT disqualified me into entering there. AIBS, Noida had a brand value that attracted me.

I have imbibed knowledge of core marketing, Operations and International Business from my college. We were inspired and encouraged to achieve our goals by our mentors. There was a competition among us i.e the students to get high grades, atleast to maintain a cgpa of 6, in order to get the degree.

I did my internship from Reckitt Benckiser India Ltd, Gurgaon, where my job was to analyze the order lead time for Raw materials and Packaging materials and suggest ways to eliminate the re-order and reduction of shelf life of RM/PM materials in the factory. The stipend offered to me was 20K for a the internship period of 2 months.

The college life at Amity was the best side but as soon the placement time came, we had to enter into the new arena of life. In the early stage, we had very high expectations from Amity, but soon we realized, we will be working as business development executive, sales and roam here and there. I did not get any placement from Amity, neither did most of my friends. Some of my batchmates got placed into Philips, Real state firm, into Middle East countries at a good annual package, but as of now, they are looking for a job change due to the low package or unsuitable job environment.

There were several events that happened in college. Various celebrities, politicians, government delegates and so on used to visit our campus on daily basis. I was a part of some of events as core organizer like Inbush Era, HR Summit, Sangathan. I used to co-ordinate with corporate HR in order to invite them for our various events and also find sponsors.

The fee structure is too high and the return on investment is not as expected.

First three toppers were given a scholarship of 50% scholarship from the University. Loan was also provided by the university from most of the banks.

The life at Amity was the best, friends and mentors were always there. We were asked to be a part of several inter college competitions where we used to grab awards. Sangathan is an annual festival of Amity, in which all the colleges of Amiity used to participate in various games.

I was not staying in the hostel.

My personal experience is that, since the time ragging has been banned, none of the seniors wants to talk to their juniors and similarly most of the juniors have a fear of connecting with their seniors. I tried to contact most of the seniors via various source i.e, Social media platform, freshers party, farewell party but they were all involved into themselves and we were as well into our groups. So they were zero interaction among us. Same is the case with our juniors.

We had a exam based on Semester. In every semester, we had 1 mid term exams which was of 20 marks. Its score was added into the final cgpa of ours. A student is required to achieve at least 6 cgpa in order to get a MBA degree from the university. If its less than 6, they will be given PGDM and a chance to score good grades.

The faculties, to be very honest were very friendly, though some of them were biased. Most of the faculties had a experience of more than 10 years into teaching, so obviously their way of teaching was very impressive and easily understandable. In all, the experience at Amity was amazing.
