Remarks

Overall its an average institution. Students will be able to get good marks on board exams but could lag on practical knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course consist of 8 semesters. 1-7 semesters will have 6 theory subjects and 2 practical examination. 8th semester will have 2 theory subject and every student have to do a project on the branch of study. There was no deep appreciation for any research kind of activities when I studied in that college.

Placement Experience

2

There is no proper placements done during our batch. Didn’t get any MNC opportunities on campus. But still was getting interviews off campus. There were support from college in preparing for interviews like placements training etc.

College Events

2.5

Culturals and sports meet will happen every year but in a small level. Cannot expect in grand manner. same way every department will be allowed to conduct symposiums every year. There will not be a big budget events that management will support. There is a auditorium where all these events will happen.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Little expensive for lower middle class people. Every student will be asked to pay the fees at the beginning of odd semester. Also there will be lot of additional fees during the entire course of study. It will be better to get all the latest details before joining.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not opted for any scholarship during my course of study. But there were other students who opted for scholarship.

Campus Life

3

Gender ratio will be balanced. We can see more students from Andra studying here. it is a Telugu minority institution. Sports are not much encouraged but still we can get permission to attend sports meet if any. We cannot expect more on any extra curricular activities but someway better than other colleges at same level.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel is better than most of the colleges and food style will be more like Andra meals. overall it is manageable not so bad. Non Veg is served in small quantity twice a week during my course of study.

Alumni/Alumna

There is alumini meet happening every year. Most of the students are invited but most times it never reaches all the alumni.

Admission

Anna University Counselling based on the cut off marks which is calculated by marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects during Higher Secondary Examination under Tamil Nadu state board. There is also a management quota through which students can join this college.

Faculty

3.5

It is kind of schooling. More like theoretical knowledge and faculty will explain everything theoretically. We can’t expect practical understanding. Still way better than some other colleges in scoring grades in Anna University examination. Faculties are approachable and they will be friendly.
