My Review

The college is good but teachers should be more qualified or knowledgeable.

I think subjects such microprocessor in my curriculum imparted as learning from college. No I don’t think so it the curriculum doesn’t help student for on-campus placements. We have to learn very much by ourselves. And yes few companies come for on-campus placements.

L&T and TCs are two major companies coming to on campus placement. I don’t know the exact steps as I am in third year and I know to qualify to sit in interview there is basic gpa required. And there are approx 3 rounds of interview.

HackTech is the event that college holds generally in December- January where numbers of students make their own group and start building solution to some programs. And the one with best implementation get reward and certification. This event actually goes for two days continuously.

The college accepts fee in DD form only and the program fee is 125000 and the fee increases 5% every year. No there aren’t any additional fees we need to be paid in order to secure admission to the course. Yes the fee breakdown is provided by college.

No I haven’t applied to any scholarship or education loan. There isn’t any relevant scholarship provided to students.

Its like 40/20 40 boys and 20 girls. There aren’t any student parties. Yes there are some times workshop regarding some environmental subjects. There are no cultural societies as such. And the issues regarding gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status are very very rare. And if there is any issue it is solved by the management level.

Till now I haven’t had any experience with alumni of my college but definitely looking forward to have a chat with college seniors to know more about on campus placement.

I opted this course as I was interested in programming from very beginning. And reason I chose this college is because its very close to where I live. So I entered this college after my diploma in computer engineering so admission process is different from students entering the college after 12th. For diploma students it was all merit based and for the 12th students it was combination of merit and entrance exam.

There are 6 lectures a day including lab lectures. So there must be approx 100 lectures per semester and 200 lectures per year. And 600 lectures approx in whole course. Average age of student graduates is approx 22. Yes the teachers in the college are average not that great in providing clarity to subjects and students. No the lectures didn’t hold any relevant industry experience or certification.
