Remarks

Its a small college but it offers variety of courses, its on cheaper side on a fee structure,it lacks certain amenities which big colleges have, overall its gud

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I own my business in retail long before i went to college and after doing the course B.Com it helped me alot with understanding of basic business ideas and calculations as if how the practical world works with every aspects. There was some companies which visited for placements and took some the students from other master courses, here and there some companies visited for placements,it was not enough, for a small town and a small.college it was commendable.

Placement Experience

2.5

I went straight back to my business, my aim was never to be placed, because i had my own business and i thought of spreading as much as possible and i was gud at it, i just thought why to work under someone for a small salary where i can much more in my business itself.

College Events

2

I attended none, i was bsy with my business as i told earlier my attendance was only average so dint get the chance to attend any activities in my. College, I dint got the time for anything because i was so much bsy in handling my own business,i just wanted to finish of my course in college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Ya it had a transparent fee structure and bit on a cheaper side, many of the students who were not strong financially van even afford to get admission and pay the quarterly fees and carry on with their courses, there were none hidden fees i noticed which the College asked for admission or anything else.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didnt opted for any kind of loan, i studied with my parents money, ya the college offered some scholarship opportunities for the one who are good at studies obviously, but i dont the sum how much was it,i was kind of average on my studies,so i never thought of going for a scholar program.

Campus Life

2.5

It was a small government college, it had bit of a activities, and racism is everywhere but in my college it was not much, i attended college very less bit of a average because of my business,so dint know much about college campus life, i went straight for the class and back to get on with my business, sometimes i had get out of the class in the middle of lecture to get my bank work done for my business, students were not much racist and ragging was ban from our college, but still some of the students are there in every college who just doesn't care for rules and about other people.

Alumni/Alumna

I knew the college leader,so ya it was easy for me.they treated me well, nothing bad happened ever, sometimes they helped me with registration and payment methods

Admission

Basically my family asked for it, my father was very ill at that time so instead of going to other metro cities for higher studies i decided to stay with my parents and pursue my studies in my hometown itself and takeover my father business, I have studied science after my 10 th class, by my merit marks i got admission in my college,it was not so difficult at that time compared to today

Faculty

2.5

It was average, basically i have to study on my own, getting books and model papers, and lil help with the lecturers, my attendance was only average in College because i have look after my business also and it gave me hard time during the exama registration because of my attendance, but given the genuine excuses for not attending the classes they permitted me for exams, lecturers of my college were quite experienced in their field, they were teaching for quite a long time and had gud knowledge about their subjects.

Students from semester 3 are eligible to sit for campus placement. There are even some companies which ask for fresher where student of any semester can apply. The specialised course like CA CS MBA has more placement opportunities. Many companies visits like GARNIER, TCS, GOVERMENT COMPANY _JHALSA. recently around 20 Students are selected in TCS with pacakage of INR 3Lakhs . There is no percentage requirements. Every particular can sit for campus placements. It depends on their skill and ability to impress the interviewers so that they can be placed. Basically there is Group discussion(GD) round and personal interview (PI)round which after qualifying one can get placed in the companies.

Remarks:

This college is near to my home and have good reputation in commerce. Its a renowned college for commerce. The fees is also very less here. The maximum fees here is 2000 yearly. There is no need for entrance exam here if you want to join UG or PG. But you have to give entrance for vocational courses. For entrance you should have just scored 60-70% in your previous board exam. This is the most driving factor to take admission here.
