The curriculum comprises of mandatory subjects in the first year followed by electives in the second year. Very experienced faculty along with a very well designed course curriculum. The curriculum lacks some in demand courses like data analytics and data science. The college has a mandatory 6 to 8 weeks summer internship for corporate exposure. You will never be bored in campus as this is one of the best place in Panjab University to chill around. Adjacent to Law Campus and very near to Heart of University, STudent-Centre. The department may not hold many events but being a part of the university there is some event going around 365 days of the year. The gender ratio is pretty bad in UBS 6:1 boys to girls ratio on an average. There are multiple clubs like investment club and business cell which organise events all year round.

Alumni networks or connections play a very important role within any MBA college. As a common saying in MBA “Your network is your net worth” holds true for ay MBA college. Having a strong alumni base matters a lot because a large and old alumni base means that UBS Chandigarh has many of its alumni in strong positions of various companies in today`s world. The admission process has 3 steps. The department accepts CAT score as a preliminary score. There is a Group discussion and personal interview of the shortlisted candidates. 85% weightage = CAT score 7.5% = Group discussion 7.5% = Personal Interview

23 lecturers plus SRFs and JRFs help impact education to the students. Most of the senior professors are Phd holders with above 25 years on experience in their respective fields. The average age is above 45 with new teachers coming in to reduce the gap between student and teacher. Some teachers do have a industry experience which helps in proper understanding of topics.
