Course Curriculum Overview

Lecturers or assistant professors are very helpful in clarifying our doubts college allows us to visit industries and research centers for enlightening knowledge which will be useful in our life further exams are conducted frequently to test our knowledge from previous weeks lectures

Placement Experience

There are some pharmaceutical companies coming for our course as I am in the first year of my course I dont have clear idea about it

College Events

4

Events and celebrations are very frequently occurring in our college there are departmental events according to subject scientists birthday and non departmental events for all the students levey year freshers and farewells are conducted and also annual day celebrations

Fee Structure And Facilities

students come from the university based examination according to the perfomance and academic score students are set to counseling and they get allotted to colleges respectively so there will be standard fee structure for students. College does not provide transparency in the fee breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship opportunities are only for the students who have reservations I don't have reservation so I did not go through it will be applied probably by submitting caste memo and other important certificates.

Campus Life

2.5

Female students are more dominating in our class I don't have a clear idea about whole college.frequently on any scientists birthday we do quiz competition and paper presentations playing skits speeches are given about scientists about their inventions and discoveries. These are only in our department competition other than these college conducts many extracurricular activities like debates, sports, ncc etc

Hostel Facilities

2.5

No I did not opt for staying in hostels I stay with my parents I travel by public transportation I reach in 40 minutes I dont know about hostels as I dont stay in hostels but my friends stay they have some problems with the food quality which they provide

Alumni/Alumna

One of my sr is close to me I met her day before my admission she helped me through notes and annual schedules

Admission

As I was interested in microorganisms and their mechanisms it is so important to know about the things in which we are surrounded with as we know microorganisms are present everywhere I took the course and college has good reviews through merit list I have got the admission.they asked us to submit documents, memos of my previous academics

Faculty

3.5

In our department there are nearly 5 to 6 professors including head of the department and lab attenders. Age could be under 50 to 60 every year new faculty members will be recruited Qualifications are bsc or msc with experience of few years in teaching.teachings are clear and understandable.

The geology has very significant importance to human in more ways but the Geology related jobs are very less in state government and central government. Few geology related companies are give opportunities to students wit. Internships and also provide jobs with tough exam and interview. The companies are Geological Survey of India and NGRI etc.. we expect that jobs in state government jobs but very less in state government in geology related jobs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite relevant and comprehensive offering a balanced combination of theoretical and practical knowledge for learning. This curriculum helps in developing both conceptual clarity and analytical skills and prepare students well for real - world challenges as well as higher academic pursuits. This curriculum is strong and valuable. The frequency and timing of exams are generally reasonable though at times.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is an amazing course. Helps me understand the concept very deeply the curriculum is also really good. Every teacher has their own way of teaching some can improve but it is fine we can try to study and understand by ourselves a bit. When it comes to internals its of 20 marks we have as such three of them for one sem and avg of 10 is taken from it internals are of 1hr and externals will be about 2hrs 30mins and labs of 3hrs

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of the biotechnology course includes all the relevant topics needed to gain information about the subject. The curriculum also includes currently developing topics of interest which may gain popularity in the future (like bioinformatics). It thoroughly prepares us for real world applications as we gain exposure to various fields of interest in the subject and get a hands-on training in the subject. Ab area i would like to suggest for improvement is to alot equal no. Of periods to different papers in the subject as each topic has its own value in the academic and career purpose. The internals are conducted every month within a duration of 1 hour for each paper. there are currently 4 internals for our batch, each of 10 marks. The externals or the end semester exams are conducted at the end of the semester approx 6 months, which are of 50 marks. 10 marks is alloted for attendance, bringing the total to 1000.
