Remarks
This college is autonomous. Nagpur University doesn't provide much opportunities, but autonomous colleges provide a lot of opportunities. I chose BCCA since I wanted more options in the future. BCCA has technical subjects and also subjects of commerce stream too.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course syllabus is updated. Since it is an autonomous institution, the syllabus is updated as per the needs of the market. We haven't been provided any industrial exposure yet. The faculties are great. They teach us in a good way. The best professor according to me is prof. Preeti Rangari Ma'am.
Placement Experience
Sri Nitin Gadkari is a notable alumnus of this college. Also, the placements are provided on the basis of the interviews taken by various companies. Some students have been placed in the concentric company. Some of them have been placed in Infosys, HCL too.
College Events
A cultural program named Umang takes place every year where students can take part in dance, singing competitions. A technical fest is also organized in which students can showcase their presentation skills. A paper presentation contest is also held in the technical fest. It also included quiz contests. Apart from this competition like essay competition, poem recitation competition is also held by the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are provided to students falling under SC/ST category. While the students belonging to OBC/open category have to pay 20,000 rupees, students of SC/ST category have to pay just 1400 or 1500 rupees.
Campus Life
Sports facilities are provided. The ground isn't too big. But Every year, sports events take place. WiFi isn't provided to the students. The library has books on various topics. Labs are well equipped too.
Hostel Facilities
The college provides a hostel facility for boys. The boy's hostel is located nearby to the college. The students have to talk with the people in the administration to avail the hostel facility. No hostel facility is provided for girls.
