Remarks

Faculty was too good at SASTRA. They had great knowledge and grip on their respective subjects. Faculty was very helpful throughout the academic year. A pre-planned calendar will be circulated to all the students of Sastra University, Faculty was very strict in all the aspects.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members here are highly knowledgeable, and they always try to give their best. Their teaching is exactly sticking to the point. This curriculum is relevant, and it allows students to enhance their own skills and creativity. Students always try to improve their knowledge with this curriculum.

Placement Experience

Nearly 90% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is around 24 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is about 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are TCS, Infosys and Wipro. Nearly 50% of the students got internships in Ashok Leyland, TVS, etc. Top roles offered to the students are assistant manager, supervisor, etc.

College Events

There is a huge library, and even there is a separate floor for law education. The campus is equipped with wireless fidelity. Labs are well-equipped, and classrooms are also spacious. The canteen serves vegetarian items, and non-vegetarian items are not allowed on the campus. There is a hospital inside the campus.

Campus Life

SASTRA University has great Infrastructure with beautiful architecture. Sastra has a very big library with lots of books. Sastra has WI-FI enabled campus. It has many Indoor and outdoor stadiums with all the equipments. It has a gym with all the equipments.

Campus Life of a student in VIT

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is good in VIT we have some sessions in which speakers are invited to deliver a lecture about how to get placed. Highest package in b.com was 15 lakhs and average package is 8lakhs lakhs. my plans after graduation is to do a professional course and continue my journey.

The 5th semester makes the students eligible for campus recruitment and then they often have campus recruitment from the month of November to may Pretty much VIPRO , KALIMARK and many other more MNC companies and much more visit the college for recruitment basis Most students don't opt for placements because they want to do a PG course but I would say 65% of people going for placements get one job or the other I plan on doing a PG as well
