Remarks

One of the best-reputed colleges in my area. Good teaching staff, Well developed Infrastructure, Green campus, Best Placement Records, Good academic records. Best Facilities Overall good college in all aspects.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course gives much knowledge about subjects. History of various techniques. It also includes new studying topics in recent technology. Academic records are also good with almost 93% results. Faculties are also experienced and have hands-on their subjects.

I selected for an internship at Ronch Polymers with 15000 stipends per month.

Placement Experience

Very good training and placement center. Almost all top industries in all sectors visited the college for recruitment. 160+ students placed this year in the last 2 months. The Alumni network also good. Some alumni also visit colleges randomly for students' motivation and other programs.

College Events

The College campus is fully green with gardens and lawns. College also organizes technical events CRETECHNOVA. Cultural programs NINAD also organized annually. Almost all students and faculties participate in events.

Campus Life

Well developed infrastructure, with separate hostels for boys and girls. 3,4 grounds for various sports. High tech labs and practical equipment. The wifi facility is also there for the hostel as well as the college building.

Hostel Facilities

There is a separate hostel for boys and girls. The hostel is well developed and well maintained. There are 500 seats in a hostel for boys and girls each. The rent is also lower as compared to private rooms. Almost everyone applying for a hostel gets admission to the hostel. There are strict rules set for hostels and all students have to follow them.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

i had seen Companies visiting like Entrata, Airtel, Honeywell etc..... Highest package till now for currently year is 15 lacks. I had also seen students who are doing interships and are placed there only.

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.
