Because it is good for bscit course. And it comes under best colleges of navi mumbai. Pillai is also famous for its college festival and functions.many celebrities visit there during college festival and function time. Pillai have its own seperate boys and girls hostel which is near to college. college environment is so friendly and the crowd is superb.faculties of the college is good. They support you whenever you need them. If we have doubts we use to go them in free time and they solve our doubts. And the best part is they will talk to you like your friend. Apart from this the college council is bit harsh with behaviour. Specially the college admission council. They will always talk to you in a bad manner. They are irresponsible about your college documents so be carefull during submission of your documemt to the admission council. Plus they always scold if you late during collection of documents.They dont mind whether you came from far they never understand your situation and give you the documents on the day they want. They always said you to come on next day to collect documents.

80 to 90 percent syllabus will be completed during the academic year. No it was not satisfactory industrial exposure for us. Faculties where good. I like one of the faculties her name is varsha mam she teaches to IT department.

No i have not applied for internship. So i have no idea about it. But one of my friend is opted for internship but not from the college. He applied from outside the college as an individual. He applied in tcs and they give hin 5000 to 6000 as a stipend amount. If you want to applied for internship you have to meet the the hod of your department then she will tell you about the process after that only you can apply for internship.

Placement facilities is good. There are many companies visit in the college for placement. Companies such as TCS, L&T, Infosys, wipro etc visits the college every year. They have different different criteria for selecting the students for the placement. The placement council will support you. The placement council is best supporting council in college. Padmaja mam of the placement council will breif you about the placement and companies. She is the one of the most kindest teacher in the college. She will help you with in your academic plus in placements.

Campus life of the college is excellent. You will definitely enjoy the campus life. The activities such as college festival events everthing will be celebrate excellently. They organise them every year and crowd will enjoy the events. This were so big almost mosy of the college crowd will involve in those events. Even college faculties were also participate in them.

Scholarship will be provided by the college to sc st students. And to those students who score above 70%.one of my friend get scholarship for her academic year plus she was belonging to the sc cast. Because of her scholarship her fee was almost free for her. Her fee was 12000 but after getting scholarship her fee almost 1200 to 1800. She was happy with this kind of facility. This facility helps her to afford college fee. Plus college also provide installment facility. Those who will not able to pay the whole amount can pay the fee in three or four installment.about college loans i have no idea about college loans. Earlier college was comes under mumbai university now college has become autonomous so may be the system or the rule may get change after autonomous.

Campus infrastructure was superb.but sadly there were no wifi facility. Capus will provide you gym facility apart from this you will participate in sports events. There were good equipment for sports and gym. But there were bad conditions in computer labs.

If i opted for hostel it will be a good experience for me to live in pillai hostel because the food and other facilities were good and satisfactory for the student plus they dont charge maximum fee for hostel. The infrastructure of the hostel is exellent plus they keep the hostel clean for the students. There were multiple fee system foe students if they want to give money in installment they can give it.
