Anonymous's Review On Sunbeam College For Women, Varanasi

It has a good name and fame in varanasi. They provide good curricular and extra curricular activities. Science was my subject in class 12th so I opted Bsc.I like the most about the college is that we are not allowed to feel that you are in college it seems like school only and we have to attend all the classes there is no option to leave the classes as in other colleges and universities. All the time authority make us to be indulged in both studies as well as n numbers of competition.

Facilities are really very good,they take a very good care of discipline and very strict too and ya hygiene is also a priority for them.College syllabus is almost same as the BHU and other prestigious colleges but faculty is not that good I'll rate 3 out 5 for teachers but if you are a good student and self study is your cup of tea then that will be the best as me.i m totally a guy who prefers self study.

I had been selected for internshala and for the campus ambassador as well but it was an outcity job so I had to left.

They are not good. After bsc what we could expect so I will say that job opportunities are null and the one who gets any kind of job is not worth doing that it would be of like sales girl in any showroom types so it's not the job to be done after graduation.

Campus life was good.we came to know about our strengths and weaknesses and the teachers are always ready to help. We used to be amid of extra classes and co curricular activities simultaneously. Management mantra is one of the festival it holds with annual fest as well.As we all know sunbeam is a brand here so all the things are designed and operated in a very authentic manner.

They provide the scholarship which is provided by the government. As per academic records they give concessions of some amount which seems negligible as compared to fee structure. But it could be 1000 to 5000.The one who secured 1st rank will get concession of 5000 rupees.

Ya sunbeam provides good infrastructure. College is too much indulged in sports as well.Library is also very good but they dont allow without library periods like we cant go for self study there.so that is what I want to be changed.well wi fi is not available as they dont allow students to use phone in campus but computers and all works well.

Well I am an inhabitant of varanasi so I didn't opt hostel but as far I know the facilities are at par and they provide best but the fee structure is really very healthy and few can avail that much cost.But they run the hostel very well with best facilities including fooding,lodging, wi fi,ac etc.
