Remarks

St. Paul's College Kalamassery is known for the quality education that the college provides to the students. College is gifted with dedicated Faculty members to train the students. Compared to any other college in kochi, St. Pauls offers a very free environment to its students.

Course Curriculum Overview

In the course curriculum for B.com computer application, we have computer lab sessions, interships and projects. Computer lab practicals for programming languages like java is mandatory that adds to the practical knowledge of the students. Industrial visits are not a part of the curriculum, that is a minus point of the academic curriculum. Faculty of the college is really good, dedicated and experienced.

Course Fees: INR 4700 per year

Placement Experience

College provides intership opportunities for students. Placements are not provided to all students, only students with top marks can participate in the placement drives. This is the only negative remark about the college that placements are very few. Companies like Oyo rooms, Ey and some MNC's visits the campus for placements.

College Events

Campus life in St. Pauls gives ample freedom to its students, a free and friendly atmosphere is offered. There are cultural events like union day, arts day, onam, intercollegiate fests, and christmas celebrations held in the college. College also gives significance to sports events like basket ball,and volley ball. Intercollegiate fests marks the most participation of students.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements in there 6th semester during 3rd year. The students has to score highest grades and should be capable of any skills and has to showed up in academic skills are eligible for getting placements. Sometimes the federal banks and other service centres approached the college for placing the students. The students from our department are placed in companies like( Tata Consultancy services and Accenture) . I think the highest package and average packages are around 25000. After all, my plans are degree is to getting placed in any reputed companies and further more.
