Remarks

Though the college fees are expensive. But as a private university if we compare to other private colleges it's the same. Fees are high, but the college is perfect among all the private universities and several government colleges also.

Course Curriculum Overview

Academics are really good with theory classes and labs both given equal importance. Project based assignments are given so that you should learn. There are several hackathons conducted by all the clubs. Though the schedule of classes is hectic. Sometimes starting in the morning till evening 7:00 but breaks are also given.

Placement Experience

Heard from seniors yes the placements are good. Many companies come for the placements. Details are on the internet. But I guess placements are nice and that is the sole reason I am in this college.

College Events

Campus life is a little hectic. The classes have a hectic schedule. There are several restrictions on the colleges like we have in schools but though if you got your friends nothing and no one can stop you from enjoying campus life.

One of the southern indian most famous chemical company is there in our circle and other chemicals companies are there. other then this reason I like the chemistry subject and exciting to learn. In our chemistry department teacher give good preparation for the semester exams. My point of view the exams are easy to write excepting only few subjects.

This college I have a great placement because already have a senior who passed out with the Hike package. They are trained us to achieve our dream packages in higher MNC company. Suppose if you didn't place on any companies college will provide you a great working opportunity in academic campus that is great average package in this college placement is a three lpa that's more enough for an bachelor student but the higher package of this college in arts and science is 15 to 20 for engineering is 58 this is the highest package in Coimbatore

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

I applied at PDEU, Gandhinagar and SRMIST and both colleges admissions were almost done but since my family is from Chennai, we al decided to stay close to home atleast for UG.
