My university has a very strong school of sciences, and I wanted to study under the best minds in the country. "I chose to go to a large university because I wanted to maximize my post-college opportunities while still in school. We have a vast alumni network, and this helped me land a great summer internship."

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is updated every year based on the topic and chapter which help the student for good placement and to have a clear concept. The faculties are well knowledged and are clear about the topic which they taught.

Placement Experience

Around 60 to 70 percent of student are placed every year. And the major company that comes are Infosys Wipro. They are mass requiting and around 300 to 400 hundred student are placed in Infosys and 250 in wipr0

On college campuses, extracurricular involvement is a key tool in this personal development. The extracurricular activities are held every year like fest and all. There are around 60 clubs which used to conduct workshop based on requirements.

Computing resources are one of the important and mandatory needs of a college. This university is equipped with the latest computer products.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

I got offer from Indian Institute of Technology Patna for pursuing Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and Data Analytics. I studied there for 1 year and completed my Foundation degree and then left it as there was not much exposure due to the course being hybrid. The admission process for Galgotias is either having a valid JEE MAINS score or a good percentage in class 12th. The merit list is made on the basis of percentage (most students are selected).
