Anonymous's Review On Mount Carmel College Autonomous, Bangalore

I choosed this university because of security reasons as it's girls college so there will be no tension back at home as my family has old thinking. The thing i liked most about the college is the cafetaria and the environment in the college. And one major factor was the climate of the city which was one factor for me coming bangaluru for further studies. I opted for this course because after this i m thinking to pursue MBA and meanwhile completing B.Com i can learn new activities as well as prepare for CAT.

Course and curriculum are stictly taken care of by each and every teacher, studies and the rules of the colleges are very strict and has to be followed as it's important also for over all growth. Academics is one of the positive factor for why i took admission here in this college. We have best faculty back with working experience of 19, 20, 25, 30 years. Who are not only good in teaching but also in managing emotional factor which is very important for a student. One of mine favourite faculty is Dr. Suma Singh with experience of 19 years in this field.

As bangaluru is hub of start-ups several companies come m offering both internships and jobs. But the overall companies coming in our campus is not so very good, it's like fine and students get placed is so-so comapnies rather than very highly reputed comapnies. Last year we had highest 6 lakhs salary per annum.

Campus life and events are one of the best thing about my college. Although we have minimum attendance requirement but than also we bunk few classes enjoy in campus with friends in cafetaria and playground. We have all kinds of festivals celebrated in our college like navaratri, holi along with that we have traditional wear day, western wear day. Side by side we have fun activities going on along with studies

Infrastructure are well maintained and updated as per the need and demand of the students with all kinds of sports. We have wifi in our campus but it works very slow due to hige traffic of students. We have a library which has strength of almost 80 students at a time.
