Remarks

Number 1 in India for BCA. One of the top universities and having the best syllabus, which is updated, instead of the outdated ones received in other colleges. Best teachers for coding available in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Updated syllabus which is required for being in today's market. There are many hackathons and events done by IEEE, ACM, Progate, etc. Best coding teacher-Mrs. Gayatri Venogopal, Harshad Gune. Electives received in 2nd year, focusing on career.

Class Size: 47Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

College Events

Not great. Campus life isn't good. But career related events are good. Only once a year, ethnic day comes and holidays are comparatively negligible. Very less holidays compared to any college. Career events are the only good thing.

Campus Life

Just a building. For college life, pls don't join this college. This college is fully focused on career and is mostly strict. A lot of extra classes. For gym, go to vishwabhawan campus. The best campus of symbiosis is in lavale.

Hostel Facilities

There are limited seats for getting availability in hostel. One is near the college, but its only girls hostel. There are more hostels in vishwabhawan campus, for both girls and boys. There is mess, but the food is not they great. For non-veg, max. 2 days a week there is chicken, egg.

Basically, 60 to 70% student get placement in campus they provide the basic package of 2 to 3 lakhs per annum. In certain cases. The package is much higher. It depends on the student.

The unique opportunity of staying in computer field after commerce

I applied to NMIMS and MIT WPU and i got confirmed admission in both of them NMIMS i got selected for Navi Mumbai Branch and decided to reject it due to high living expenses in mumbai and I reject MIT WPU due to lack of placment opportunities. Admission process of SICSR includes an online exam called SET and if you get qualified then you are called for an Interview round. There are seperate qoutas for special categories and international students. Cutoff for this exams are genrally 40-50 marks out of 60 for the written test and PI is for 40 marks....Read More

I had applied in LPU and Christ University, Bangalore but I chose Symbi bcuz it was always my first choice and reputation wise also Sumbi has the best reputation compared to the rest. Plus, Symbi ranks in the top 3 BCA universities in India. Even Christ comes in the top 3 but i feel it's just cuz of their high intake, whereas, SICSR only has an intake of 180 students for BCA....Read More
