Remarks

Here at IIT BHU it was my crash landing, I was expecting much more marks but I got less as it was expected. As I always wanted to study physics and at my rank I was not able to get ENGINEERING PHYSICS course at other top IITs so I have to choose this. But now I think it was one my best decision

Course Curriculum Overview

Academics structure is as good and light as it should be neither much good nor bad. As in IITs lots of other curriculum activities always held here it's always fun to be here and the facilities are also good some of them are really best but every college have some faculties whom students don't like.

From Google to facebook every big company come here to recruit students as the median salary here is 10.5 lakh, In placement it leaves some other old IITs behind it even last year IIT KGP and IIT Madras was behind. With the almost 100% placement IIT BHU is at its best

It is as a wonderful a student's campus life should be lots of other extracurricular activities held here Three major festivals held here and there are so many minor events that take place Spardha-sports fest with 20 games and sports more than 40college participate Technex- tech fest last time it was 81th edition of it. Everytimr a big celebrity come here Khashiyatra- cultural fest it is also one of the oldest cult festival which is over 50yr old and more than 50 college participate here with other old IITs also

Campus Life

As my college is one of the oldest engineering college in India established in 1919 completed it's 100 glorious years last year it lack behind with respect to the other IITs but it's negotiable with respect to the other perks

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

So entry in IIT BHU was through JEE ADVANCE. I gave the examination and got an All India Rank(AIR) of 7533. Then I had Josaa counselling where I had to select colleges according to my priorities. So one of the many colleges I filled was IIT BHU(4 Year B.TECH Chemical Branch). The distribution of colleges is purely based on your ranks. Higher rankers will be prefferd above you.
