Remarks

This is the best college to study, student from all over india come to study here and this is one of the best college in maharashtra

Entrance Preview

There was process of centralized admission based on PCM (physics Chemistry Mathematics) grouping percentage on 12th standard

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum of all the batches were same allover the university, course was up to the current industry standard. All the labs were highly equipped

Placement Experience

As mentioned in earlier question for internship there were no companies during our tenure, however for campus placement Mahindra, Syntel, bitwise and some other companies cameNow days many of the MNC are coming for campus placement

Fees and Financial Aid

There was no scholarship, but loan facility was there from bank of maharashtra. Bank Of Maharashtra branch was withing a college building

Campus Life

Campus life was awesome, it was huge campus with ample parking space, cricket ground, holly-ball ground, basket ball ground, huge canteen, fully equipped practical lab of each department

Hostel Facilities

Hostel was good, it was 3 story hostel building accommodation around 400-500 student, 1 room was shared by 3 student.each student were getting a bed, a cupboard, a study table, 2 chairs etc

External Expense: Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Exam Structure

It was 8 semester course, divided over 4 years. all of the exam were class room exam with descriptive, apart from written exam there were practical and viva exam also. passing written, practical and viva exam were mandatory

A good college with a decent campus and great faculties

Placement Experience:

Students apply for campus interviews from 3rd year end or from 4th year. Most of the students who are in the end semester of their 4 year get placed easily as it has a very good training and placement. The percentage of students getting placement in Dr DY patil clg is 95%. There are many IT companies for which students get placed, The major recruiters are TCS, Infosys,etc The highest package was nearly 50,00,000 per annum and the median package is 7 lakhs. Many students also get 13 to 18 lakhs of package. Our plan to do my masters after this degree.

Highest package is 36 lpa and average package is 6.5 lpa as per companies and profile offered Amazon offers software development engineering package 30 lpa Microsoft software engineer 36LPA tcs assistance systems engineer 3.627 LPA a breakdown by a branch computer engineering : placements percentage were 95% electronics and telecommunication engineering placement percentage were 90% mechanical engineering 80% civil engineering 70% electrical engineering 75% My plans after getting this degree are to Pursue higher studies Master degree planning to apply for master program in specialized field as AIDS and robotics MBA considering an MBA to transition into management role within the technology sector focusing on institutes like IIMS ISB or top international business schools
