Colleges under the university work on theories, practicality can brought up through students being tought. Advices/suggestions of the students must be taken care of. Also giving them right duties can enhance the skills and also the abilities. It will also help in generating belonging ness.
Course Curriculum Overview
B.Com is one of the prestigious courses of the University. The faculty make sure that they are imparting very good education to their students. The curriculum is fantastic and learning is the main focus. In the process of teaching, faculty also provides with the PPTs of their respective subjects.
Placement Experience
There are 100+ RECRUITERS from all over India who select students from the university. Highest package of 2019 was around 21 lakhs per annum. Prime recruiters include; Bharti Airtel, Wipro, Vodafone, Topper, Byju's, Max Hospitals, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra.
College Events
University believes in providing education but there is no denying the fact that the university also believes in rejuvenating its students through various events. One of the fabulous events of the university is UNIVERSUMM, a national level fest, students from around 120+ universities/colleges comes at one place to compete. A star night is also arranged to enjoy. Star from Bollywood is invited for the concert.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Depending upon the daily needs and demands of the hour the fee structure is quite expensive as compared to other colleges or universities. It can be made feasible by cutting down some amounts from various cources fee. So that it can become feasible.
Fees and Financial Aid
I, myself have not opted but the procedure is very simple. The candidate have to give an application form in the admin block, scholarship department, once it get the thumbs up, you would be made a call to collect the check from the Accounts Department.
Campus Life
University doesn't support gender biasness. So each and every one has the right to grab the seat. Ratio of gender is may be 50-50. The university is equipped with high tech labs plus extracurricular activities are also given preference. There are various clubs in the university which provides talent a platform to showcase.
Hostel Facilities
Not opted for hostel but have stayed in hostels for couple of days because the fests ends up around 12 to 1 am, so going back home is not feasible. Hostel charges are around 75000 per year. And not paying 75000 to MMU's hostel is not regretful.
Alumni/Alumna
Colleges are constantly intouch with their alumni. They also organizes Alumni Meet once in a year so that alumni feel that MMU is their second family.
Admission
As I was the part of Maharishi Markandeshwar because my school lies within University's territory. So I feel it as home. So I had in mind to got admitted in B. COM course in 2017. Them I need to go to the administration block for the proceedings and then I got to know the futher process.
Faculty
Number of faculties in my college of Maharishi Markandeshwar deemed to be University is more than 30. The age group is between 25-45. Most of the faculty members are doctorates in their field of subjects and some of them are undergoing the doctorate degree.
