Structure and Method of education can be improved

I didn't like the work of management in my college. They used to be strict about stupid things and never considered what all suggestion we had.

Examination given : UPTU. Selection of course because of interest. Selection of college because of convenience.

Curriculum includes different courses within fields of computer science and other which enlightens the student about the basics of technologies. The practicals were good because it helps you learn a lot about implementation, but no real project was given to make us implement our technical skills.

No companies came for the internship. The stipend was nothing. I expected that there must be a lot pf companies coming to the college as internships give u a way to the IT sector.

Not a lot but few companies came to the campus. FIgues in Lakhs per annumInfosys - 3 Mothersonsumi - 3 Syntel - 2.8 samsung - 4.2Steria - 2.8

There were not many events managed/organised by the college as they always claim to be running low on cultural and technical events funds.This might sound bad to hear, but we were not offered any farewell ceremony from the college.

Expensive fee structure as compared to level of education and type of facilities provided. Fee Structure Yearly Fee - 80000 to 90000 Hostel Fee - 45000 to 55000.

No knowledge about this.I think nothing of that sort was offered by the college or the university.Only there was prize money for the students scoring above 75% on an yearly average.

Not so good. As I have already mentioned nothing of this sort was organized in the college. As a member of computer society, we gave many suggestion but they were always let down.

I was sharing my hostel room with 2 other students.The quality of services were not good. Not so clean.

1 or 2 mails were sent by them to ask about the alumni meet but no more of interaction was done from the college. This alumni meet they informed us was organised by the college to boost up the confidence of the student there, as the placements was not going well.

Exams timings are always hectic but that too for maximum of 20 days apart from that everything was chilled out. I wanted to do more of labs but there wasn't enough classes.

The Faculty was good and educated but due to lack of knowledge about the course and content they were not able to teach upto their standard. A proper organization of everything can improve the environment and can make it more student friendly.
