Build Career in college life

Very bad college except the study part In campus, we feel like in Jail or hell.

I applied for the AIEEE, JAT, NERIST, COMED-K. In AIEEE is socred 47 In JAT i socred 94. In Nerist i scored 5 and in COMED-K i scored 135 i took admission in East Point College of engineering and technologyin Computer Branch in 2010..

I joined the CS course under VTU which is one of the most difficult university in India i have completed my study in 2014 May there are 3 internals in one Semester out of that best 2 internatl marks will be added in the final result so it is mandatory and very much important.

I did not did any kind of internship in college but CSI is a course offered by college that to gain knowledge like in software field and also participated in some lectures given by VTU certified professor.

In College many company came for the placement like HCL, Genpact, MPhasis, Wipro, Cisco all the company needs a minimum requirement of 60% average in BE so i applied for SONATA Software which needs 55 % they offered a package of 2.25pa.

Every year in Feb month college festival held that will be for 1 week many cultural activities like singing, dancing, drama will be held many games like Cricket, football, almost many sports will be held.

Fee structure is different for COMED-K/Management and CET quota for COMED-K/Management yearly fees is 144,000rs and for CET fees is 31,000rs approx only.

College fail to offer any kind of scholarship or loan facility for the higher study moreover if we dont pay the fees on time they we not allow us to enter into the classroom not a single day extension in case of fees.

In campus, lots of rules and restrictions are there made by college like we cannot hang out with friends mobile cannot use, foods cannot have in campus. In campus, this is boring.

Hostel and mess was very bad as per my knowledge almost all student who stays in hostel and have food from mess there feedback is always negative but i never stayed in hostel.

Out of college senior some treated like brothers and some treated like joniors they used to help us specially in examination times regarding study.

In lab, we can chill out because faculty are very helpful In theory it was very strict before final exam we will get 15 days study leave In college library, lots of books are there related to our course so that we can study.

Faculty are very nice and helpful i took private coaching from the college faculty by paying extra they give us assignment in regular basis to improve our knowledge and will correct if we did any mistakes.
