Everything is good over here. Cell phone is prohibited and outing is limited to a certain time

Course Curriculum Overview

The exams over here is completely different from other college. Here we have application oriented questions. So the students can't mugup and vomit in the exam. He or she must have to understand the concept and have to answer the questions. Now online exams are in progress.

Class Size: 120

Placement Experience

The placement is quite good. But the salary won't be enough to live a certain life that we expect. Its not bad

College Events

Our college won't celebrate any inter college fest. They only celebrate functions like pongal. They celebrate it grandly every year. But there won't be any inter college symposium. Where we get the opportunity to talk with other college students and learn more

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's quite expensive. The hostel fees is good as the hostel is neat and the mess food is good at taste. But the college fees is quite expensive. Which can't be afford by the middle or low class people. The scholarship is also not provided properly. So this will be difficult for students.

Fees and Financial Aid

First graduate student can avail scholarship. But I couldn't able to get education loan due to some technical reasons.

Campus Life

The both the gender are treated equally. The main advantage of our college is special labs. Where our individual idea for project can be represented and achieved. Our college is spending much of money for buying the parts and components for our project.

Alumni/Alumna

No. I don't have any contact with alumni. I have some senior friends they help me in all the activities and other stuffs

Admission

I have opted the course as from this I could learn both mechanical and electrical subjects. I got the seat over here because the location and infrastructure of the college is awesome. It is located under the mountain. It have a great campus with advanced machines to learn.

Faculty

The faculty of the college Is friendly with us. They don't have enough knowledge to teach the students but they mange with us. They gives us permission for doing more projects and attending other colleges event. They clarifies the doubt at their free time.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.
