Remarks

Overall my college is not worth if you want to learn things and are new to the field. If you are confident enough that no matter what happens i will learn myself then you are good to join because that's what we do here. Most of our work and knowledge is of our own which we learned from the internet and other places.

Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

The course here is half scrap half on track and the exam are a mystery here we don't know we have our exams until a week before our exams start. The college-university collaboration are kind of just money things the college does not know university decisions and same goes for universities they don't know about college curriculum. THE UNIVERSITIES EXAM CONTROLLERS ARE ALMOST CLUELESS AND THE GRADERS JUST WANT MONEY, AT OUR 1st YEAR EXAM OUR WHOLE BATCH PASSED WITH JUST GRACING AND AVERAGE MARKS " THAT CAN NOT BE A COINCIDENCE THAT EVERY SINGLE STUDENT GETS AVERAGE MARKS, ALSO FEW OF MY FRIENDS MARKS WERE LIKE COUNTING." MY FRIEND GOT MARKS AS FOLLOWS 31,32,34,35 AND THE ONE AFTER HIM GOT 40,39,37,36. THE GRADERS WERE JUST COUNTING AND OUR PAPERS WERE RANDOMLY CHECKED JUST LIKE THAT. EVERYONE IN OUR BATCH ALMOST HAD IDENTICAL MARKS AND THE RANGE WAS 40-50, NOT EVEN A SINGLE STUDENT WENT ABOVE 55. IT'S NOT A COINCIDENCE. ASLO THE RECHECKING FEES WAS 2500 PER PAPER AND THAT CLEARLY A MONEY BUSINESS.

Placement Experience

4

The placements till now from what i have heard are decent, seniors talk about the placements are tough but the college name rules in placements in our fields. I'm not sure about internships or if any at all is provided by the college but you can score a internship on your standalone and the college helps you in coping with the attendance menagement.

College Events

1

Well there are events throughout the year most of them are festival but also they not much of good we celebrate them by our own donation completely the college does not provide any funds for such events. Whenever there is a small event all of seniors show there face fpr first time and ask for donation money and after that they just dis-appear until the next event comes up to do the same and ask the donation money. Well there is a culture fest held by our college in which lots of other college participate and there is prize money for the winners and merits. We are assigned with duties of gathering sponsors for the culture fest. The culture fest is named 'MIRAKI'.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is expensive and the facilities are null. The payment modes accepted by them are NEFT, Cheque, Demand Draft, IMPTS, UPI and cash. You can pay college fees in two halves to ease the load. Well to secure the admission thirty thousand was charged. admission fees - 30000 college fees - 220000 university fees - 20000 security deposit - 10000

Fees and Financial Aid

Well for the education loan the college provided with a bunch off documents about college and it's collaboration and placements along with the fare share of recruiters on the list. They also provided few students education loan statement to confirm their status and legitimacy.

Campus Life

2

Well there is not much of extra activities the college itself is in a single building campus with a dormant ground just outside their vicinity. The gender ration is 8:1 boy : girl. There is no labs and all nothing of any sort. There are few small events in the college itself then they take donations from us only nothing on their own even thought they earn a lot from our fees.

Hostel Facilities

0.5

Well the college does not have a hostel of it's own so they tied up with PG owners in the neighboring areas. Well the pg is almost good and strives to provide every facility they can but the food their is not so good at all but still it's a lot better than other PG food. Sine the owners have their own catering services also so they almost provide a good food compared to the rest. rent - 6500/3 sharing caution deposit - 5000(one time deposit)

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors are not much of a help until you know them personally. The only time we see our seniors are when they want contribution for events and other stuffs that's all. There is no communication between seniors and juniors at all.

Admission

For the admission i was called onto campus and i had a personal interview with the director of the college. He first explained me about the course, industry and all the related fields. After he completed his part he asked me few questions regarding the industry and the course. He asked me why i wanna do game development and all other stuffs related to my choices.

Faculty

2.5

The faculties of the college can be described in two categories good and worst. Most of the faculties are from out the industry and field they don't even know a single thing about our degree course. All they know are bits of course and also to teach they them selves watch tutorials on YouTube and then teach us by molding in their own language. Well there are faculties which are cut above industry standards. Overall the faculty is a disaster here most of the faculties don't know the software we work on and stuffs we need to learn. Most of the faculties here just know bits of a single stuff from the whole course. Still they try their best to teach us but can't help us due to irrelevance of their fields and the fields they are teaching in. ALSO THE TEACHERS ARE MOSTLY UNAWARE OF THE CURRICULUM AND THE STUDY MATERIAL WE GET IS IN DIGITAL FORM AND IT'S HANDED OUT ALMOST A WEEK BEFORE EXAM STARTS.

Placement Experience:

In the last semester students become eligible for placements. The companies that visited this year were Saffronics and Tata Elxsi. I am unaware of the offers made. The packages offered were around 4 to 8 lakh rupees. Around 20% students got places, many of them went into freelancing or higher studies. I had an offer for 4lpa but refused it, since I wanted to focus more on my portfolio and skills.

I am very passionate about animation and visual effects and I am very interested in editing. This includes traditional animation, computer animation, 3D modelling, character design, storytelling, and more. Students learn to use industry-standard software and tools to create animations for various mediums such as film, television, video games, advertising, and web content. The program typically combines artistic and technical skills, preparing graduates for careers in animation studios, production companies, game development firms, and other related industries.
