Remarks

Good environment for studies and all other aspects. Friendly staff and students. Lots of opportunities to prove skills and knowledge and many competitions are held.

Course Curriculum Overview

The student-teacher ratio is at 20:1. Faculty are all well experienced and highly qualified. Exams are scheduled on time and can be cleared with ease if timely studies are done

The placements are good with almost 96% of students securing at least a minimum of 2-3 offer letters. Big companies like tech Mahindra, TCS, KPMG, and Infosys are regulars to the campus placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure varies for different categories. Management seats require 1.6 L/year. Comed-k and scholarship seats can vary around 1.2 L/year or lesser than that.

Campus Life

Annual college fest "Vismay" is usually held in either the last week of March or the first week of April. The library is well stocked and has more than 50,000 books. Classrooms are large, spacious, and well lit. There are projectors and both white and chalkboards. There are lots of student clubs.

From 6th semester we will get the placement assist .almost all mnc and top companies in india visits the college , namely cognizant ,oracle, tcs , infosys , capgemini , accenture , mu sigma , and many others along with startups . few companies offers direct fte roles, whereas few take students as interns and provide fte(full time employment).package will be between 3 to 36 lpa. rules during college placement drive are there will be 3 buckets , less than 7 lpa bucket 1 , 7-15 lpa bucket-2, above 15lpa bucket -3 , if a student gets any offer in specified bucket then he/she wont be eligible to apply for companies withe the salary range of that bucket. They provide international placement opportunities also , specially the zenken company collaboration , helps to get japan companies placement assist.

Placement Experience:

Generally I pefferd this college because of the college's reputation in placments . Students generally get placed into company's in 7th sem . Generally companies like TATA, IBM, Infosys, Amazon , Wistron, Accenture, Xoriant, Hp etc . generally 800 + students gets offers . Highest package is around 30+ Lpa and avearge package is 7 Lpa .MY plan is to try for both placements and also Gate examination

Truth of Don Bosco institute of technology Bangalore

Definately i choosen the wrong college because I don't have options because I wrote Jee mains and I scored 89 percentile but I am from general category since I have no reservation the cut off missed by 1 percentile I was hoping that I will clear jee die to that I didn't concentrate on kcet due to that it came the worst result so I was getting only civil, mechanical by kcet that to same college Don Bosco Bangalore college then I applied for comed k in that I got ok ok result but there my bad luch in 1st round I got Swami Vivekananda College Puttur , in 2md doubt Don Bosco institute of technology so I hope that in 3rd round some how I will get upgrade but didn't get in COMEDK if u got ill 3rd round then the fees is not refunded so there is no option...Read More
