Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum at the university is a perfect blend of theoretical and practical aspects. Every day is a new learning experience here.The course is developed in a way which provides us with immense marketing and consumer behaviour knowledge. It gives us an analytical perspective towards things which are very crucial in today's brand-driven market. The curriculum also focuses on imparting corporate exposure to the students in the form of live projects and case studies.
Placement Experience
The placement cell of the college is very active and aims to provide the best career options to the students. The AIBM college has maintained 70% placements year after year. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA, and the average salary package is 5 LPA. The companies invited are Byju's, HDFC Bank, Pantaloons, High Design, ITC etc. Also, internships with best companies are provided to the students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure at our college is very feasible,especially for a professional course like MBA. I have paid Rs 186,000 for my complete course of two years at AIBM, which is very reasonable when compared to other private universities offering the same course. It includes tuition fees, registration fees, examination fees, caution fees. Also, various scholarship and loan options are offered to help those students who cannot afford this amount!
Campus Life
Many extracurricular activities like management games, business quizzes, workshops and industrial visits are conducted in the college. Guest lectures are held frequently to give us insight of the business world. Also, sports activities and ECA are given due importance so as to ensure that no bookworms graduate from the college! Students are encouraged to explore their hidden talents by participating in various activities.
Alumni/Alumna
Ragging is one word that scares every fresher, and I was no different. However, on the very first day, I met some of the most friendly seniors, and they ensured us that no such activities are conducted in AIBM. The seniors have been a guiding hand since that day, and I am sure that I will be staying in touch with them even after they graduate! The college also holds alumni meets to give students an insight!
Admission
I am currently in the first year of my MBA course at AIBM university. The admission process was pretty straightforward and smooth. Students who have a Bachelor's degree can apply for admission in MBA programme. The eligibility is graduation with 50% + score of either of the five tests (CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, MAHCET) is considered. One should know that the final selection also depends on group discussions and personal interview rounds. The process is very much like any other MBA college only, and it starts with filling up an application online.
Faculty
Faculty members in our college are fantastic! They never say no to help any student. We have class WhatsApp groups in which teachers are available always to help the students with any doubts they have. We have highly experienced faculty members who nurture us like we are their kids. They never step back when we need their help. Be it a recommendation for an internship or help with some research paper, they are always there for us.
