Remarks

I heard from my senior friends who already were part of this college studying Electronics and Communication engineering. Their feedback was really good which indeed turned to be true in my case. Feedback was more about the quality of academic education combined with some cultural activities too. In short, I believed as it was word of mouth from a fellow student.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was followed as per VTU syllabus, it was pretty organized and never had any problems with respect to underload of faculty availability. Every semester had 3 internal exams and a final exam which was used to assess our performance and difficulty is subjective.

Course Fees: INR 33000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Yes, the college supports to perform internships outside the campus. I had 2 opportunities to attend during the summer break between the semesters.

Placement Experience

To be frank, there were limited opportunities for mechanical students. But there were few companies for other branch students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees were standard as I joined through CET. I was not a part of any job on campus.

Campus Life

Every year, there were technical fests, sports curriculum, and also were given opportunities to participate in technical fests conducted by IIT and NIT's. Most of the times, social interaction was in Canteens. The library was filled with necessary books for curriculum and is spacious.

From 6th semester we will get the placement assist .almost all mnc and top companies in india visits the college , namely cognizant ,oracle, tcs , infosys , capgemini , accenture , mu sigma , and many others along with startups . few companies offers direct fte roles, whereas few take students as interns and provide fte(full time employment).package will be between 3 to 36 lpa. rules during college placement drive are there will be 3 buckets , less than 7 lpa bucket 1 , 7-15 lpa bucket-2, above 15lpa bucket -3 , if a student gets any offer in specified bucket then he/she wont be eligible to apply for companies withe the salary range of that bucket. They provide international placement opportunities also , specially the zenken company collaboration , helps to get japan companies placement assist.

Placement Experience:

Generally I pefferd this college because of the college's reputation in placments . Students generally get placed into company's in 7th sem . Generally companies like TATA, IBM, Infosys, Amazon , Wistron, Accenture, Xoriant, Hp etc . generally 800 + students gets offers . Highest package is around 30+ Lpa and avearge package is 7 Lpa .MY plan is to try for both placements and also Gate examination
