Remarks

The college is very good for education along with extra curriculum activities. Its a boon to study under such great lecturers. The college management also striving hard to take the newly established college to a great height.

Entrance Preview

I wrote CET exam for engineering. At that time ther was recession in software. So i joined mechanical engineering so that i have option of going to either core company or else software company by talking C & C++ courses.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Actually it was quite good. The electives were decided by both lecturers and students. But lecturers had major decesion. But the selected subjects were well taught by lecturers.

Internships Opportunities

Nothing like that. Since our college is new and we are of first batch students we dont had any such options. No companies arrived. So neither stipend nor internship.

Placement Experience

2

Since it is a new college and we are the first batch we didn't any any company for placement but college gave campus training and helped us to face interview.

College Events

4

We celebrated denim day, college day, ethnic day, sports day and national conferences. On Denim day we used to were white T shirt on blue jeans. That day whole college will be in white and blue combination including principal. On ethnic day we were in ethnic dresses representing our nation culture and tradition.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since we were in engineering course it was little costly but worthy. We had 40000 per year as government fees. 700 rupees for examination evert semister and rs 140 for each backlog subjects.

Fees and Financial Aid

We had scholarship facility that helped us lot to be self dependent. We had annual scholarship of minimum 16000 rupees. But we had scholarship every year. We gad around 16 thousand per year as scholarship based on our aggregate and total income of family.

Campus Life

4.5

The college is in rural area. Boys and girls were almost in equal ratio. But me from mechanical engineering, obviously very less girls in our branch. There is gender equality in college irrespective of their background. But there is very little political influence in college and nothing else.

Hostel Facilities

3

Im not a hostile. So i don't know much about it. But during exams i used to stay there. Its a well furnished room with separate tables, chairs and wardrobes. Coming to food facility the quality was gud except some cases. Daily in rhe morning my friends had milk and breakfast. Lunch in the afternoon, tea in the ever and dinner in the night with curd.

Alumni/Alumna

We are the first alumini of the college. Since we are the super seniors we have a good contact with our juniors. They frequently call us regarding doubts and placement issues. We use to guide them based on our experience.

Exam Structure

Its semester type and it was never a hectic for us. Both theory and lab were going simultaneously. As told earlier since ours is the first batch the lab set-up was little late. But they mamaged to get us prepared for the exam at last.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty were very close and friendly with students. They are very determined and acknowledged about their subjects. All are double degree graduates. They are very well disciplined and oriented towards subject.

Placement Experience:

the placements oppurtunity are there and you can grab a very good paackage from here. The highest is around 44 , average is 7 lpa. Students become eligible for final placemnts from 6-7 semester. Companies like thermo fisches , fractal , belc , hitachi and many other, have visited. The percentage of placemnt is quite high but people grabbing more than 30lpa is very few. after degree i want to go for job directly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly I don't a thing about the relevance of the curriculum, this curriculum thingy has been changing every now and then in our college I hope atleast they stick to one curriculum and make us study that and don not change it further. As I've mentioned before, I was not informed in prior about the syllabus so obviously there's no specifi aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course. I think the curriculum will prepare me to face the world way more wisely and strategically than how I'd deal with it otherwise. I think one area they can improve is in physics, they can give us more seminars, projects and stuff to check our understanding. That would really help a lot of people to be creative and help people to get the exposure. Coming to the difficulty level of the paper, I know nothing because I haven't written the sem exam yet so, I know nothing. But, can guarantee one thing!! Be careful, cause as per sources our college is known for it's tough question paper, so y'all better study.
