Remarks

College is ranked among top 5 colleges for B.Com Hons program. Faculties are well experienced. Infrastructure is very good as it is fully made up of glass and have centralised air condition in every classroom. Placement of college is good as many reputed companies like amazon, snapdeal, sharekhan and Wipro conduct regular placement drives in our college campus. Minimum Placement is 1,50,000 and Max you can get 4,50,000 depends on your skillset, personality, knowledge and performance at the workplace. The college has Nescafe on the ground floor and proper canteen near the multipurpose hall. Small campus yet it is well distributed among segments that have a very specific utility.

Fees and Financial Aid

1,08,000 Fee every year. Travelling expenses is like 3k per month as I come from Karkardooma and college is in Dwarka.

Extrovert students. Very talkative. No space for judgements or small-minded people. You may know every student in your college if you are talkative.

Faculty

Faculties are well experienced. The faculty-student ratio is like 50 students per 1 faculty.

A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

Curriculum is old and rigid, the still teach old methods and syllabus is updated very slow. But with introduction of SEC and VAC courses student have some different options which the can choose to study for their semester.

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

Placement Experience:

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart,amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

In first year you are eligible for internship. Deloitte company or so much companies visited our college. Highest package of our college is Rs. 23.5 lakhs per annum from bajaj capital company. Percentage of students vary from year to year. My plan after degree is to get a government job.

Ethereal experience at TIPS

I applied for IITM in Janakpuri and Maharaja Agrasen I could get admission in these colleges but I chose TIPS because the crowd and IITM is not good and Maharaja Agrasen is very far away from my house so I ended up taking admission in TIPS as it is close to my house. I got rejection from Maharaja Surajmal as my rank in IPU CET exam was not up to the mark to join Maharaja Surajmal. the admission process of my college was smooth, I gave the IPUCET exam which is held by the Indraprastha University after the results we have to make a priority list for the colleges we want to take admissions in. I just had to submit the documents in the college and it was like 2-3 hours of process for verifying them and I got admission in TIPS...Read More
