The admission process is very smooth and department wise guidance session is available. Each and every detail are shared during admission session. From college website, we can get the details of the department where we are looking for.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is as per designed by Shivaji University Kolhapur. Well qualified faculties are available. Most of the faculties are doctorate. Faculty members are well supportive and experienced.

Internships Opportunities

The college has promoted to do an internship in Swastik infrastructure company Sangli. It was a good experience from the site experience point of view. The college has arranged many site visits for better understanding of concepts.

Placement Experience

More than 85 percent placement record. Companies from Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore etc are visited the college for placement and industrial training. Highest average package was 4.5 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is well defined. I am getting 50 percent tuition fee back and college has provided very good support in four years.

Campus Life

Geen campus. Excellent Sports Club. Supported for extracurricular activities for GATE and MPSC. Ambient classrooms.

An Honest Insight into Life at My College

Placement Experience:

The placement situation at my college is really good. It is getting better all the time. At my college students can start getting ready for internships and placement training from the semester. Then most of the full-time job opportunities start coming up in the semester. A lot of students at my college get something called Pre-Placement Offers or PPOs for short through internships before the actual placement season starts at my college. My college students get these PPOs. It is a big help to them. Placement, at my college is a deal and my college students take it very seriously. A lot of known companies come to the campus every year. The main companies that hire people from the campus are NVIDIA, JPMorgan Chase, Barclays, PhonePe, Microsoft, BMC Software and Citi Bank. Some companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Capgemini hire a lot of people from the campus. These companies, NVIDIA, JPMorgan Chase, Barclays, PhonePe, Microsoft, BMC Software and Citi Bank are really good at finding the people for the job. Companies, like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Capgemini also give jobs to students. The Placement Highlights for the year 2024 to 2025 are looking good far. We have had some results. The highest package offered to a student is 45 LPA. The median salary is 9.5 LPA. This is a sign because it means that most students are getting a decent salary. 86.3 Percent of students have been placed so far. The average package is different for each company and role. For example a software developer will get a package than an analyst or a data engineer. Students who get the paying roles usually have strong coding skills. They also have projects to show and they do well in their technical interviews and in Data Structure and Algorithms which we call DSA for short. VIT Pune: Balanced Academics, Good Placements & Active Campus Life.

Placement Experience:

pracemnets at vit pune are quite good, with students becoming eligible from 7th semester. manu reputed companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizenat, Deloitte , Wipro visit campus every year and make large number of offers across technical and non technical roles. The avarage pacakage ranges from 5-6LPA while the highest package goes up to 30 +LPA. Around 80-85% students gets placed every year.

The students can apply for placements from the 6th semester, but they have to complete the whole 8 semester to start working. Companies like L&T, HCC, J Kumar, TATA Projects are our major recruiters, many MNCs and other top company like to hire from NICMAR. The college has genuine 100% placement, the students who generally do not get placed are ones who have family business or startups. After completing the degree and mostly interested in a job for the 1 to 2 years to gain some experience. Then I may consider options like higher studies or a business.
