College is good you will enjoy both study and other activities.

Good remark is that the study here is very good not only study but you will enjoy your college life too

Courses are good. You will get enough knowledge after studying here. You can also pursue higher education here. Exames happens only twice a semester and level of exams is really good. First mid semester happen which is about 20-30 marks(depends on the subject) and then final exams happen at the end of the semester. Total of both the marks are added and final result is prepared. You have to get at least 40% to pass a subject.

Getting a placement in after b.sc is very difficult. Even you are from any college but there are seminars organise time to time to motivate students. There is a placement cell which provides some opportunities. But mostly students opt for govt. Job or to pursue higher education. But sadly Placement is very very low in this university.

Various culture activities are there like fest which is organised twice in a year and you get at least 2-3 parties or celebration in your own department also other colleges come to show there talent. Inshort you will never get bored ther is always something new after 2-3 days.

Fee structure is simple you will give 10000 at the starting and then examination fees twice a year. Sometime there are other little bit of expenses like fresher party fairwell party, culture activities. Hostel fees and courses fees all are taken separately.

Various scholarship are available for single girl child, economical weaker section, riots affected family and many more. You can opt for merit based scholarship.

All things are very good. Gender ratio is about 40% male and 60 % female.you will enjoy your life here. Concert and seminars are organised time to time. You can get all kind of sports facilities here. All well mainted and well equipment alongside a large ground and playing area for all kind of sports. Also every department has its own garden and ground.

Hostel room are not so good, a little bit conjusted. You will get a sharing room of two. You can opt it with a friend of yours ( if you get lucky i.e. may be a single room is vacant). You have to pay for mess and hostel fee separately. But you will enjoy in hostel along with your friend.

Seniors are very helpful. They interact with you in a very healthy and friendly manner. They will help you in your exams and also in other day to day things.

I got admission through an entrance test in b.sc. which is which held is held mostly during the last week of april alongside with the pharmacy entrance. The center is Chandigarh l. You can also opt for Ludhiana or hoshiarpur( center may vary in future) and then merit list comes after you can opt for the preferred bechlor degree after submitting your documents and the seats are based on merit list.

Faculty is very good they are very experienced and knowledgeable.mostly are of old age like between 40-60 years but sometimes P.H.D. scholars do teach you in case the professor is not available or he/she might be working on some project. You will love studying here if you have interest in your subject which you have opted.
