College Life

The college is one of the best institutions in the area as far as the education quality is concerned. There is a need to promote the college in order to get more popularity.

I gave the AIEEE test for entrance into an engineering college as my passion has always been to become an engineer. I scored enough marks to get admission into a reputed college hence i got a chance to study at BMIET which is one of the best colleges around.

The course curriculum is very practically related to my stream i.e. computer science giving us an edge in the IT industry with up to date technology experience.

I did my internship from Indian Oil Corp. Ltd. I didn't get any stipend. There arent any internships offered from the college as such but the head of departments arrange them for the students after which it is upto whether to opt for it or not.

I recently got my placement at Infosys through college placements. Many other students of my batch have also been placed in several companies and that too at reasonable packages.

All types of fests as well as other events are held at the college throughout the year. We have technical,cultural,management festivals which our college holds they are big and the participation is from many colleges.

The fee structure is somewhat expensive. However I have been receiving on a yearly basis. Students get the scholarship depending on their academic performance in the school and the entrance test.

I get 25% scholarship on tuition fee from the college on the basis of my academic performance every year.

All the activities in the college are very good and provide us opportunities to excel in fields other than academics as well.

The exam schedule is somewhat hectic but it is expected from a professional course. There is attendance for each lecture and we have to get 70% attendance in order to be able to attempt the exam.

The faculty has been very satisfactory. Each teacher is very dedicated towards the enlightenment of students. They have been helping in every aspect. Moreover they are very friendly thereby taking out the communication gap.
