Entrance Preview

I didnt do any entrance exams.I came here through counselling. I attended state board exam I got 94%.

Internships Opportunities

No,my college doesnt provide internship. But,they may permit us to attend them. Now they are trying to get internships as much as possible.our college principal reached to google last month. They promised to take atleast 10-20 interns from our college.

Placement Experience

Placement is good.Last year,more than 800 students got placed. Bannari Amman Placement has a good track record of attracting top-notch companies to campus. The Placement & Training cell is committed to train the students in various areas including technical, soft skills and aptitude. We strive for 100% placements, dual placements(core & IT) and dream offers for our bright students.

College Events

Lots of events. My college have more than 50 clubs. So,there might be an event every week. Inaguration events take place periodically. Last week,we went to clean the forest sides of sathyamangalam.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes,they are providing scholarships to the orphans. No other scholarships are given i think. Then counselling students may get the central government scholarships.

Campus Life

Everything has a value here.The campus hosts well planned academic blocks, computer centers, lecture halls libraries, laboratories, conference halls, staff quarters, hostel and students' centres. The campus also comprises a co-operative store, a bank with ATM and a clinic to attend to the general health of the students and staff. Adequate transport facilities are provided in the campus.

Exam Structure

Internal-50 marks, semester -50 marks periodicals are conducted 2 times per semester. The exams are held periodically. Each sem we write 2 periodical test. The marks were taken for internal assessment. The exam might look like occuring frequeent but they were written every once in a one and half months.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.

The placements for me started from end of 3rd year itself. The highest package was around 8 LPA from Mr. Cooper with additional 2L bonus if you stayed for 2 years. Avg. package was 4 LPA. 10-15 good and decent companies visited here.
